The actual facility is beautiful, clean, has excellent use of aromatherapy. I especially love that they give you sanitized shoes when you come in. "Found this place by fluke because my usual spot was booked and I’m glad I did. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you enter you’re in a different place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Facial also. No saunas or pools but you won’t be disappointed because of that. Very attentive staff and a very relaxing environment. It’s small and intimate so you never feel over crowed or lost in the hustle of some of the bigger spas. It’s a definite must!"

"The place is amazing when it comes to the decoration and vibes, but the quality of the services was disappointing. The massage was very superficial, why I would pay almost 100 for a superficial massage, above all of this the person who gave me the massage apparently she had a lunch with garlic or something so when she was massaging my neck all of her breathing on my face was full of garlic I was not able to breath and waiting for her to finish, honestly I was more stressed after the massage than before. The bath was nice I just wished the pressure of the water in the bath was stronger. In general, it was ok but I am not coming again for sure."

I said actually not interested can I get my 100$ back and all just stick with 1 hour she said ok all give you 40$ back I said how does that make sense she then tells me I'm clearly a new client even tho I've been there over 20 times. "I went here when it first opened and it was great. But I went yesterday and I sat down, she didn’t ask what shape or length I wanted she just did what she wanted basically. The drill they use to sand nails was on full speed and the largest one so therefore she was hitting my finer causing me to bleed. Along with wrecking the nail because it’s harder to control the drill on full speed. Some nails were so crooked it wasn’t even funny. And some are coffin and the rest are square shape. Not happy, if ya don’t want to bleed from your cuticles then don’t go there!"
