"Cindy is amazing at what she does. This is definitely the best and only place I will go. She’s the only one that I allow to do any aesthetic service on me. My lashes never looked so good! You can definitely tell she has been doing lashes for a very long time and she keeps up with classes to bring in new lash styles. Cindy is also amazing at pedicures, I never got a foot/leg massage like she does, you will leave with the best looking heels and the most relaxed feet. I got a facial it was the first time and she went above and beyond explaining what was being done and why. She answered any questions I asked. When I tell you she’s amazing I mean it! "What a terrible experience. I knew it was going to be bad when I saw the state of the towel that had been left for me to cover myself with (see pictures). The massage was the worst I've ever had and it's hard to believe that the lady had any sort of training. My 'relaxation spa' experience consisted of being in a very cold room getting a terrible massage, with the light flickering, listening to people talking and the front door bell ringing all the time. My chin rubbed on the ribbed massage bed and my view was of a dirty floor. I wasn't asked if I had any injuries or was pregnant which is worrying. To top it all off, at the end of the massage I was asked to pay GST on top of my Groupon which I've never had to for other similar vouchers and then the lady pointed at an envelope and says 'you have to pay me tips'. I said that tips are an option and I was choosing not to pay any. She then got annoyed and said two more times, 'you have to pay', when I walked out! I would advise people not to waste your money here for a 'massage' you can't wait to end and then to be so insulted."

"This Spa does not have a website so I called to ask about services and pricing. When I asked about different massage services and pricing for 60 vs 90 mins I got exasperated replies as if I was stupid, and when I asked if they offered gift certificates I straight up got told “I’m busy right now and can’t talk to you. You can book or not” I asked how I could get more information since they don’t have a website and the lady told me “I don’t know, you can book an appointment” Not sure how they expect to get new clientele when we can’t get any info online and they’re too lazy to provide even baseline knowledge. Don’t even bother trying to research this place."

"Excellent from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and taken right in. Had a 50 minute foot massage and then a 50 minute full body massage. Both were amazing. Michelle was delightful, sweet, funny and an expert. I'd recommend to anyone. She regularly asked me if the pressure was too much or too little and was a total professional. Loved it!"

"Wonderful experience. Took my love on his birthday for his first time. For the 50min foot reflexology and a 50 minute massage session. Apple and Steven were great!. Just with reflexology he could tell I had a horrible constant cough and pointed out a couple other things and gave me some good advice. Nice atmosphere and good people"

"I have been going here for regular massages for the last couple of years after trying it with Groupon. I buy a package of 5 massages for a very good price and tip very well. I have had massages in the Philippines regularly since my brother lives there and Thai and Asian massages are a normal part of Asian lifestyle. I am impressed with the masseuses here compared to anywhere I’ve been in the world including RMT’s. Julia is my favourite and was trained in China. She is wonderful and I am so glad they are open again after the pandemic. I have always found the place to be clean and their attitude so positive. They massage according to Asian protocols which are a little more thorough than most North American masseuses but not inappropriate at all like former review. I highly recommend this place and have to many of my friends."

"I am hoping this will stop ANYONE else from having the experience I just had. I purchased a 50 minute body massage on groupon. Instantly I was uncomfortable. She ripped the towel off of me, and placed a sheet over top and started to rub my body, as she rubbed down my legs she fully GRABBED my butt. I thought it was odd but didn't say anything. She continued to rub and massage my butt, over the sheet so I thought it was normal. She then removed the sheet completely, leaving me exposed completely except for in my thong. I was worried if someone would walk in, if they had cameras and such. The massage became normal. Working on my back. Then she moved lower, and REMOVED MY UNDERWEAR FROM MY ASS CRACK and pulled it 3/4 down my cheeks. I instantly told her "I've never had someone do that before and I'm not comfortable with it. " Her response was "it's okay". I understand massaging the lower back / above crack aspect but she was FULL on rubbing my cheeks and wouldn't stop when I told her too. I asked her twice to not go that low as I felt very very uncomfortable. She continued. Finally I told her I wanted a minute to myself and she wouldn't leave the room. I told her to leave the room, I wrapped myself in the cloth, locked the door and began to BAWL my eyes out and having a panic attack. I have never EVER felt so violated in my entire life. I don't care if there is a language barrier, STOP MEANS STOP. I got dressed as I called my best friend asking what to do. I opened the door and told her I cannot continue with the service. I feel absolutely assaulted and violated. I told the manager what happened, he asked her, she started yelling in her language. I demanded my money back and after THREE times, I finally I received it. $29 refund does not fix how I am feeling right now. I hope everyone will boycott from there. I have filed a police report also."

"My wife went here today and had a very poor experience. She had a back massage from a man that was "trained" by his boss and is on call?? What is that?? He was very rough and put a burning hot towel on her back at the end. She will not be returning and we would not recommend a massage at this place."
