"I-Ching massaging was excellent and very adapted to my need. She was vas very attentive to directing the focus on relieving the stress on the painful spots which worked out very well. She was able to cover most of the requested areas and I think she added a bit more of her time. She is very professional and she did a great job relieving the pain especially on my back. Her work place is very well designed and feels welcoming and relaxing."

"We purchased a hot tub and it was installed in December. My other half had hot tubs in the past but they have changed through the years, so Steve was able to help direct us to the right spa for our needs and wants. It came in pretty close to the timeframe estimated, which is amazing these days with all of the delays in products, and was installed within a week. The installers were very helpful and answered questions as well as offering suggestions while installing it. It came in a package that included stairs and a top bar, but we did not need the stairs or the bar as we choose to have another type of bar that we had to purchase online. There was no issue with his, they took them back and gave us a credit that we were able to use to purchase all of the chemicals and scents. We had one issue and after going in and figuring it out, they still insisted on sending someone out to take a peak. What great service!!! We love our spa and use it every night (even our elf on the shelf had to try it out). We would not hesitate to recommend Sundance Spas. Thank you for a great experience!"

They were able to help us find a hot tub that fit our lifestyle and needs. We had been to various hot tub places around St. Catharines, but none compared to the amazing customer service, team knowledge and overall experience we received. Prices are competitive, but the great service and quality of the product was definitely a selling point. "At the end of October 2022 we purchased a hot tub on Bunting rd from Rob. We have never had one and therefore zero knowledge. We had many questions and received overflowing information both in written form and verbal suggestions. We got the Chelsea hot tub and what a fantastic choice it was. I have waited a few months to write this review to ensure everything was satisfactory There was one issue with the tub when it was brought in. The knob controlling the waterfall was stuck and wouldn’t move. On contacting the maintenance number provided prompt attention was given and issue resolved. If you are looking for a hot tub Sundance was a perfect local choice for us. And we would highly recommend it to anybody else as well. Enjoy your bubbly!"
