"Kelly is an incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable podologist. She treated my wife's in grown toenail issue in one session after my wife has been suffering for a few months and after having gone to another therapist with no result. Kelly also gave us the tool she used for the session and also taught us how to treat and maintain the toenail on our own in the future. We highly recommend Kelly and Pigari!"

"Took my friend for a much needed mani pedi and decided we wanted to try a medical mani pedi. We both agreed our nails AND hands and feet have never looked and felt so good! Can say with confidence we wont be returning to a regular salon! We felt the opposite of rushed, with extreme care, attention to detail, and a smile to boot. We were in the salon nearly 3 hours, Kelly and Diana were happy to chat with us about life and also inform us of best care practices and the differences between a medical and non medical service. I have lost a big toenail due to a bike accident and Kelly took SO much extra time to ensure the area was clean and was not ingrown, also educating me on how to have it regrow best as possible. She said she was basically performing an advanced manicure, so I expected to be charged for the extra price (regular $45ish, advanced $86). When I went to pay I was pleasantly surprised she did not charge me! I 110% recommend Pigari Spa, and Diana and Kelly, we will be back! Cheers Braydon and Sarah"

"The Pigari Beauty Spa is a place to relax and care for yourself, as everyone should do at least once! Service: The first time there was on November 2022, and I got the Holistic Therapies & Foot Care treatment. I constantly had pain in my big toes. Kelly gave me some advice to take care of myself at home. I started improving, and the pain decreased. After four months, I keep going there monthly and have no more pain! Also, I used to wax with Amira; she is friendly and gentle. I recommend her! Customer service: Kelly, the owner, always tries to ensure that her clients feel good during and after their appointment (no matter your choice)—also, her staff works the same way to treat the clients. Price: The products are good quality, and the price is fair enough. I always feel I am paying for my "moment" to be relaxed, feel good and be happy, in the otjer Ambient: The spa is not big, but there is a good space for manicure, pedicure, and massage. "Just walked-in to this place in my neighbour, Lisa did a very great job. I had a headache and she massaged me and recommended me many things to solve my headache. Affordable place, but reservation is recommended because they have only 3 staffs. Nice, clean, and welcome service ????????"

"I recently had a full body massage that was unfortunately quite disappointing. I was initially told that the massage would be 30 minutes long with the option to extend to an hour if desired. However, during the session, my masseuse Maggie informed me that she could only extend it by 15 minutes, not an hour as previously stated. To add to the disappointment, my feet were completely ignored during the massage. When I inquired about it, Maggie mentioned that she doesn't work on feet and suggested I see a reflexologist instead. In all my previous experiences with full body massages, my feet have always been included in the treatment. Furthermore, Maggie did not turn me face up to address my chest area or the front of my thighs, which left me feeling like the massage was incomplete. The only satisfactory part of the massage was that she spent quite a lot of time on my back and kept checking in on me and how I liked the pressure."

"Walk by this new shop in my neighborhood daily and decided to go in for a visit. Asked for the advertised 1 hour Thai massage. Been to Thailand but never tried. Let me tell you its different. A lot of twisting and stretching. If you have never tried its gonna hurt a bit. Although afterwards I wasn't too bad. Its a nice clean place . Cost me $75 plus tips. Ask for Lisa."

"I went for a foot massage once before and it was good but today I walked in for a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage and it was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. Jessica I think has injured me, she was extremely aggressive and I asked her to be more gentle twice and she didn’t listen. My body is in more pain than it was when I got there and I’ve been using a heating pad on my neck all evening because of it. She also answered the phone twice in the room during my massage! How rude! Literally was talking on the phone in one hand and massaging me with the other. Aren’t massages supposed to be relaxing? At the end she obligated me to leave a tip for minimum $10. I have nothing against tipping but given the service I don’t think it was worthy of a tip whatsoever."
