"Rita is the only massage therapist I will see moving forward. She is results orientated, personable and I wish I could call her and thank her as I was able to shoulder-check without pain on my drive home. I nearly cried from the relief I felt. I had a pinched nerve and pain for weeks. She somehow knew exactly where to target ('somehow' probably being her 23 years of experience) and I felt like we were a team working to fix the same problem. Her no-nonsense, intuitive approach was refreshing and led to great results. She used multiple techniques - all of which were very effective. I cannot recommend her enough, and will be back. I can't speak to other RMTs but the place was clean, smelled great, and is easy to find. It is located above Purple Perk cafe. Check it out!"

"Had Zoya as my massage therapist. She did a great job at assessing me and walking me through my first massage experience. Very relaxing. Also spoke with Ali - the owner about rescheduling my next appointment and she was very accommodating and understanding. They do have a 24 hour cancellation policy so make sure you try and reschedule before that if you are able. However the were really understanding when I said I was sick and helped me with my cancellation."

"I saw Mae, and I'm usually extremely particular with RMTs. Most are unable to apply deep pressure, or understand my body. Mae "got it" very quickly and did a fantastic job. She's a true professional - very focused on honing her craft. And she even went so far as to suggest some stretches for me after the session. I feel so much better after it. "My RMT was sick. She said she was getting over a cold but as my massage continued I could clearly tell this woman was sick! Barely able to breathe thru her nose, she was congested and sniffling and coughing through the whole 90 minute appointment! Near the end she coughed enough that I could feel the spray of droplets land on my back. Needless to say I was rather disgusted. If you’re that sick stay home, or at least wear a frigging mask! I couldn’t get home fast enough to shower! I will not be returning. Overall an extremely disappointing experience."

"I’ve been seeing Zoya for a while now, and I’m so impressed with how much she’s helped me with my back issues. From the very first appointment, she really took the time to understand what was going on and came up with a plan to treat the problem. Every visit, she checks how I’m progressing and adjusts the treatment to keep things on track. What I really appreciate is that the sessions never feel rushed. Zoya takes her time, not just with the massage but also explaining what she’s noticed and giving me exercises to do at home. Hidden gem for those that don't need the fancier quieter massage experience (establishment is below a Chinese restaurant and there is no receptionist so be prepared to have your massage therapist answer the phone...). Would still highly recommend if you're looking to work our your pains and aches."

"The first time I went for a pedicure here, I had a good experience. The lady who did my pedicure did exactly what I asked, and it turned out pretty and perfect and lasted a long time. I did however notice some tension between the spa and the barber shop. It’s a shared space and it appears that there is not a good relationship between the two. The barbershop seems to control the music and because there was a disagreement of some sort, he was playing music that was not the best, and it was very loud. I’m assuming this was done purposely to disturb spa guests. I wish I could have gotten the same lady who did my pedicure the first time, because the lady who did my toes yesterday was not good… sadly I had a bad experience. She seemed to have no idea of what products she was using and had no idea at what point to use what. She was visibly very confused and walked away multiple times to ask another employee. I told her that I had a cut on my heel. She used the intense callous remover on my heel, which was very painful. The massage chair I was in was also not working properly I found myself pressing the buttons over and over. The chair would work for 30 seconds and then shut off ???? lastly during my massage, the lady had placed the package of massage lotion in the towel warmer, she DID NOT check the temperature of the lotion, she poured it over my leg, and it was extremely hot!!! Like very very hot!!! I was shocked and asked her what she just poured on my legs and told her it was burning me! She took it off and said it was lotion, that she put it the warmer… she took off the lotion. I told her it needs to cool down before she tries to give me a massage. ????????‍♀️ she should’ve checked the temperature before applying it, and she should have proper training on pedicure steps and procedures before doing any clients. Anyway long story short, my toes look cute, but I still have to go home and file my heals. Sad and my heel still hurts."

"I just came here to get my gel removed but i’ll be coming back the next time I want my nails done! Getting gel removed was only 10.50 and Vicky was awesome! She was gentle, checked in to make sure I was alright and happily obliged when I asked for my nails to be cut super short. the place is large, smells pleasant and is nice not run down or anything."
