"Avoid Anna. Don't waste money on her. She look good but is very bad at service. I pay for half hour and she rush me out in 15 minutes. She not allow anything other girls do and massage was terrible. All other girls better. She does not seem to like her job"

"It's a great little spot to get an Asian Massage. They do direct billing for most insurances but not for Sun Life. The staff is friendly and service is great. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice massage."

"Every time I come to Edmonton I have to come the strathcona spa & foot massage for a massage. Store cleanness is 5 star, all RMT staff are very professional and have very good customer service. The last time I was here was in 2021, the store expanded with more rooms and more service ????. Compare to Vancouver the service and the price is really reasonable. Highly recommend for people for a good massage/spa place. Will come back for more treatments also looking forward to the new service they will provide very soon. Thanks for the service! "After going to strathcona for the past year they now charge $20 cash for deep tissue but won't add it to the price. Avoid this place money grab. When i avoided the service the guy in front possibly the manager said not to worry and would add the cost to insurance. They just lost a weekly client."

"I have had many chinese massages before. The massage portion is great, however I had my neck cracked once without asking/consent, and that is NOT ok by an RMT. I also know for a fact that for Men they WILL offer a happy ending/sexual services. A friend said yes, and they did in fact.. complete the job. I'm unfortunately not comfortable with going anymore after knowing this and having my neck cracked."

"First time here. 5 star experience. The best massage I have ever had in my life. I called in for a last minute for a deep tissue massage, and they were able to accommodate me. My massage was with May and she was excellent. No talking which was perfect, great pressure, technique and very thorough. I play lots of sports and I have had MANY massages, but never as good as May. Not to mention how comfortable the prices are as well. This will definitely be my go to from here on."

"I am deeply frustrated by my recent experience with this company. In August, I registered my son as a new child client and paid $130 for the services, which were completed on August 30. The payment was made on August 6 when booking the appointment. However, on September 9, I noticed that my credit card had been charged twice- once for 130 and again for 135. When I contacted customer service. I was informed that the additional charges were due to m son being registered under my name,which caused the system to incorrectly show two outstanding payments. To make matter worse, there was no apology from them, I was told it was my fault and that it would takes 5-7days to process a refund. This situation is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about the them handling of customer information and billing practices. It is unacceptable to charge customer incorrectly and ten provide poor services in addressing the issue. This experience has left me very disappointed with the way this business operates."

"Absolutely so disgusted by the lack of compassion I had encountered while dealing with this awful place. Last year I dealt with the loss of my boyfriend in a tragic accident. I had a friend kind enough to buy a gift card for me for an hour massage and booked it. Forgetful during this time as I have PTSD from this accident I explained to them the reason for missing. A year has gone by and I called to book an appointment as my friend reminded me I have a gift card that she had bought me. Not only did it expire in February they said I would have to pay for the missed appointment (which makes no sense because the gift care would have covered it but also making you pay for more) and usually I would agree but because of the trauma you would think a 'wellness' place with a mission statement of and I QUOTE " we aim to provide you with the best possible care to help you with your overall wellbeing" would not only give compassion but express their condolences for the pain and suffering I have endured. He was the absolute love of my life and to be so disrespected by a business I could not just sit here and be talked to the way I was over the phone and not do anything about it. Not only do I not recommend this place I would hope no-one would book here. I usually don't post anything like this but I ABSOLUTELY cannot stand the disrespect and im still in disbelief. ps. this review was posted confidentially as to protect my true identity.
