"I had to wait 25 minutes before my massage started, even though my appointment was scheduled for a full hour. In the end, I only received 50 minutes of service. Additionally, the therapist left the room twice during the session, further reducing my time. While speaking with her, she mentioned that she has only been in Canada for four months, which makes me question whether she is a registered massage therapist. On top of that, I felt completely exposed without proper draping during the session. This experience lacked professionalism on multiple levels."

"We go here to get our daughters’ ears pierced and they do a great job. They are very well informed and have two people do the piercing at once so it’s a lot more efficient. The only downside is it is a small place so you are always in the way of the employees no matter where you stand."

"I have taken my daughters to this location a few times for ear piercings. Yesterday my older daughter had an appointment to have her nose pierced (needle piercing). Her body did not react well to the adrenaline this piercing caused. Karen and Hope were fabulous, they made sure she was comfortable and very well cared for. They called security also the malls first responders who were there in a flash to help out and make sure my daughter was safe and not in any danger with her health. As a mother this was a horrific experience but these wonderful ladies did everything to reassure us that her reaction was 100% normal and we had nothing to worry about. When all was said and done Cory from security walked us out to our car to make sure we got there safely and my daughter after quiet the ordeal left very happy with her nose piercing. We cannot thank Karen, Hope Cory and his partner whose name I unfortunately didn’t get for all of their care and compassion and patience through a not so great situation. You are all very appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone looking for their services."
