"First visit to this location. Owner wanted $160 for half an hour for full service. I said ok. When the girl arrived, there were so many restrictions with her. If I would of known that before, I would have switched girl. So disappointed. Don't even going to this place."

"Wonderful service, very friendly and welcoming. Felt very clean and careful, shower before, shower after, used barrier for special services. My lady was called Bella and this was my first time having this type of experience. She made me feel very comfortable and very well taken care of, and she was not too demanding at all with asking for tips for special services, she was very straight forward and gave me a more than reasonable price. I would absolutely go again and recommend it over other similar type services in Vancouver."

"I agree with a guy that said medium service overpriced. Also I went in 11:30 with 90 min, and said service was done 12:45. There are options for tip for the house and another one for the service, don't do them. Just do main service if you are going. I paid 90+90+108 and i wish i just do 60 min with 60 $. EDIT - I revisited the store to try out again. I went for 90 min and just pure massage, and this time person was much more skilled than the first one. It was 90+50 for pure massage + taxes, but was very satisfied. I think skill level differs between staffs, and this time quality was above other places. For those who want to receive same services, staff was Cherry. I believe they take appointment. Changing 2 star to 5 star."

"I requested a 90min 4 Hand massage and after some confusion finally got what I had requested. I did make a request for 2 Asian girls, but the very radiant and ever so comforting 80yr old; Belle was the only Asian available, so I took her As part of the package I ordered came the talented and beautiful Natalia (sorry about saying your name wrong constantly-oops...). They were very fun as we all laughed and enjoyed our time. Despite reading the bad reviews here, I actually found that the customer service was excellent and there was no rude behavior being performed by anyone besides myself... but I am sure I was forgiven. I will likely return here again. On a side note, I do feel I overpaid, but that is my own fault for not being articulate enough with the girls on what I was paying for which is partly why there was some confusion initially."

"This is a slow store. So they have worse women, old women, ugly women and so on. You can ask them for cheaper prices, otherwise you just leave. And they are not legal to do these services, that’s why they close around 8pm, if the cops come, they are doomed."

"I have been a loyal customer at this location for years, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I booked two full-body massages (75 min), and while the therapists provided excellent service, the environment was far from relaxing. The room was extremely noisy, and I had to ask my therapist to request that the manager or owner lower their voice. Unfortunately, this request was ignored, as the manager continued to take loud phone calls in the massage area rather than at the front desk. Despite the clear disruption, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. The excessive noise completely diminished the relaxing atmosphere, making it impossible to enjoy the service. Given this lack of professionalism and consideration for clients, I will not be returning to this location."

I just wanna say it like that lol I don’t know if it’s because I’m from California and maybe they just do massages differently over there, but I felt like all he did for 50 minutes was press Uncomfortably hard into my back and was OK with passing it off as a massage I would not recommend and I would not go back I should’ve just got the foot massage like I intended on getting but I end up getting a full body massage and it just felt half ass rushed and inexperiencedpretty disappointed"

"First time going to Big Feet and had no idea how they operate because every place is different. Once I walked in, they were so welcoming and telling me what to do as its my first time! Took me 30 seconds to set up and begin my first session which felt awesome. Once I entered the room and they shut the door behind me, I had no idea what to do but they had signs telling you what you need to do! Plus the environment in there is so calm and quiet. My experience there was awesome and it was surprisingly cheap! Super affordable with the highest quality customer service you can get"

"I've been going to this location for a while, many of them are absolutely great. However, the other day, I had one of the masseuse flip out on me like a little tantrum. Had lots of neck tension that day that needed more attention to release the pain. Asked him nicely to focus on my neck. At the end, he snapped at me saying "I don't think you want my help." and told me not to book him ever again and book others instead. A bit rude? also, was and am very confused by this seemingly out of the blue reaction."
