"My only thought leaving was that the desperation in the air was THICK. I found this place through an Ig ad for a discounted facial promo, and I had high hopes, but it was not worth it. While the front desk staff and women who did the facial were sweet, the facial itself made no difference aside from a slight glow, but that's gone too now. Upon looking closer, I still have smudges of makeup on my under eyes, and that extra $100 facial sculpting thing also showed minimal results, but it was probably the only part somewhat worth it. Honestly, I wouldn’t have even bothered leaving a review just for that, but what really threw me off was the sales pitch at the end. I get that promos are meant to bring in new clients, but I left feeling guilty for not purchasing a package till I read other reviews. I expected some skincare recommendations at the end of the facial, as discussed beforehand, but instead, I was met with a full-on sales ambush. They tried to push a facial package that was once $6K but is now miraculously $2K (???). I politely declined multiple times, but the manager or whoever just kept going—eventually dropping it down to half the facials for $600 and throwing in two overpriced products to sweeten the deal. I also tried to reroute the convo twice to the products in their store, but she refused to discuss anything aside from the promos. It was honestly frustrating cause I was just waiting for my bill and her entire vibe changing when I kept declining was crazyyyy. Also the fact that their discounts only apply on the spot after your facial—as if you’re in some high-pressure infomercial says all I need to know. After reading other low-star reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who had this experience."

I went in with a very tight mid and lower back and after she finished the treatment I could not believe how much muscle tension was relieved! Amazing therapist! Also was very happy to find out she accepted direct billing. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!"

"Had an EXCELLENT deep tissue Massage. I woke up a few week’s earlier and had done something to my upper neck in my sleep. Was quite painful at first and very slowly getting better after weeks. I saw her and she could tell right away I was extremely tight in that area. After my massage I felt great and I’ve been out of pain/ discomfort since. I’m thrilled. No membership or unnecessary paper work if you’re paying yourself and not covered by some kind of insurance. Will definitely be going back….!"

I had Adriana and she was incredible! So attentive and detail oriented. I then went back to her for upkeep and was influenced to try a lash tint and lift for my honeymoon. So glad I did it! Amazing experience! She gave me after care instructions and made sure to check on me after my appointment to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly highly recommend!"

"I went to Mashal for a lash perm and tint back in April 2024 and my lashes ended up being completely fried unfortunately. I had gotten a few lash perms in the summer of 2023 and my lashes had never been fried afterwards. Mashal herself was very nice but I don't think my lashes looked good after at all and it took months and months for my lashes to grow back normal and healthy again."
