"From the time I entered to the time I left it has been a very satisfactory experience. Shannon did an excellent massage. She really worked on my lower back due to a previous incident I had that affected my lumbar spine. It was that nice soothing stroke that helped ease and relax my back. We were able to have some conversation which I really didn’t mind rather enjoyed it. Before leaving she even shared with me an exercise that will help with my back. I love the calming ambiance of the room and the relaxing music playing on the background. She also made the transaction easy peasy for the health insurance coverage I have. I will be scheduling my next massage with them. That’s for sure!"

"I booked my massage today at 6:00 pm. I went there at 6:05 no body opened the door and answered the call .i left the voicemail as well that i m waiting outside. Some girl comes and say oh we don’t open the doors when we re doing the treatment. Ridiculous when i am having the appointment why there was nobody. I had my massage booked with the guy nd instead of saying sorry he said since you were late so i left at 6:12 outside. I don’t very very irresponsible behaviour . He didn’t apologized me and have took me for the massage but no he is saying agin n again oh you were late I can’t take you in now . Do you want to rebook . No one is gonna come here again. Hey so after this scenario the owner called me and apologized for the behaviour her employees did to me . She also told me come for the body massage that is booked with her. So I went yesterday,got the massage done. It was ???? amazing loved it . I never had this kind of massage before. All good with me .I am happy and relaxed. Good luck in your business dear."

"Had a 45-minute deep tissue massage with Dana. When I arrived, she informed me that my online intake form wasn’t accepted because I’d left a few optional fields blank. She asked me to redo the entire form during my appointment time, and after some trouble logging in on my phone, she ended up editing the original form herself. Felt like there wasn’t much respect for clients’ time or money. The massage itself was okay, and my back did feel a bit better afterward. Also, there’s a $2.50 charge for using a credit card. Not recommended"

"When first making the appointment they were polite and accommodating, they asked for my health and insurance information as part of the application and everything went smoothly. They led me to believe that they will be filing for the insurance on my behalf but on the day of the appointment they refused to take me in until I paid upfront. I previously was going to a different massage therapy location, after going though the same sign up process they filled the insurance on my behalf while only charging me the deductible in person. They led me the believe that it would be a similar procedure at this location. This behavior is duplicitous and extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone go here."

"The space and atmosphere is very beautiful and calming. The whole team is very nice and welcoming. Simpling walking in is paradise. I've gotten lots of relief and stress away from these treatments. I've seen Skye who is amazing. She goes over everything I feel I need done for the appointment and makes the transaction easy. This has to be the best clinic in Windsor."

"Excellent performance by both Lucy and Cindy. Their massage is the best for deep tissue and relaxing the whole body after a fulls day of work and stress. Great foot reflexology also expected to receive with massage which is a bonus. Definitely will go back for more follow up treatments in near future"

Grateful that there is finally a PicoSure laser in Windsor and that you went the extra step of investing in the cryo cold air blower! There is no other spa that has this local! It is the superior laser for tattoo removal! I tried a different laser over a year ago and there is no comparison. The PicoSure took less than 20 minutes for a large upper back piece, as opposed to the hour I had to suffer from the traditional laser I had over a year ago. I wasn’t even going to bother removing the whole piece as I thought it would be too painful to go through that again but I’m so glad I did! It hurt, but was completely bearable, especially since the cryo cold air machine blew cold air continuously on my back during the entire process. This is the only way to go for tattoo removal."
