"Today was a bit rock for me and had a lot of issues with remembering which location I had been at. The staff at this location are amazing including the person I had for my massage Anchor. I would like to give a shot out to Caroline. She was put in a hard situation where the client coming in had a very hard time remembering and was sure they visited a different location. She was able to explain the situation and services even when I was frustrated and confused and was emotional. She has amazing and her costumer service was amazing. I look forward to my next visit and seeing her working at the front. She is very good at dealing with challenges and in making sure the customer understands everything and is happy."
