"I purchased a 60 mins couple's massage , expecting a delightful experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. The only positive aspect of the place was the friendly and helpful front desk girl. However, the massage itself was far from satisfactory. Personally, I found it anything but relaxing. The pressure applied was unpleasant, lacking any professional technique or planning. The massage therapist seemed exhausted and eager to rush through the hour-long service. There was a lack of consideration for my comfort, as she didn't bother to check if I was feeling okay during the session. In contrast, my partner's massage therapist provided better customer service by checking on him periodically. The room was too cramped to accommodate four people comfortably. Both therapists repeatedly bumped into each other, and I found it challenging to relax, with elbows constantly being knocked. Overall, the service did not justify the price.I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment."

"My first refular massage was last August here. The team including Lydia and the Sally's helped to get the ball rolling on my physical improvement. After regular sessions over 8 months things ended in a great spot. In addition to in facility sessions they shared self care procedures to do at home. All the best!"

"NOT RECOMMENDING AT ALL! Avoid!!! I regret to say that my experience at this spa was far from satisfactory. My sister and I booked a 90 mins hot stone massage, expecting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, one of the masseuses seemed to have some gastrointestinal issues, as she was keep passing gas throughout the session which was very uncomfortable and shocking…Additionally, she inexplicably sat for a significant portion of the 90-minute massage, leaving my sister feeling shortchanged. Furthermore, the hot stone massage lacked the expertise we anticipated. The same masseuse I am talking about appeared unfamiliar with the proper techniques and missed several steps, resulting in a less than optimal experience. The ambiance of the room was also disappointing, with a noticeable odor and a lack of soothing music or pleasant scents to enhance the atmosphere. Overall, considering the amount of money we paid for this experience, we expected a higher level of cleanliness, professionalism, and skill from the staff. Unfortunately, our visit to this spa left much to be desired, and we will not be returning nor recommending it to others."

"My friend and I had the worst massage experience ever, was in pain the whole time, was not relaxing at all. I believe because it was near closing time they just rushed and roughly worked on us. Felt like my body was getting tenderized with a meat tenderizer. My rmt was drinking water and dripped water onto my back from her mouth and I heard her slurp. I mentioned it hurt and she didn’t apologize or asked to go lightly and didn’t put effort after. The room was dry and my nose was stuffy the whole time. I went in expecting a relaxing time and walked out wih stress and pain ????????"

"First time here, and I got a 60-min full body massage. Julia was my masseuse and she was accommodating to my needs. I was able to feel better after the massage. Reception and overall service was very attentive and welcoming. I was greeted even before I entered the spa. They also provided rose tea after the massage. A very good experience."

"This afternoon I experienced my first ever massage at Liangtse Wellness Massage & Spa, and what an incredible experience it was! My sister and I went together for 90min deep tissue massages and paid the upgrade to the hot stone massage (which is 100% worth it by the way!). Sally was my masseuse and did an amazing job. I was kind of nervous / uncomfortable going into it because I’ve never had a massage before, and she made me feel super comfortable and at the end of it all, I felt the most relaxed I’ve been in a very long time. Anne at the front desk was also a pleasure to deal with — super friendly and helpful when we arrived and were leaving! Without a doubt I will return very soon ☺️"

"We got a couples massage for 60 minutes the massage was excellent the only problem was the masseuses were talking to each other & laughing and took away the relaxation. I would expect a bit more professionalism. Other than that it was perfect."
