"I first heard about Place to Heal from a brochure arriving at my office in Burlington. At the time, I had been coming down with some unusual pains in my arms and shoulders. I put up with the discomfort for a few days, until it became nearly debilitating. I had never been to a RMT and had never heard of trigger point therapy. I was very pleased that after just a couple visits, that the pain was subsiding and I was feeling more normal again. I continued with this new type of massage therapy until I was 100%. Since my initial visits, I have been back to Place to Heal for similar discomfort that seems to come back now and then. I have enjoyed and greatly benefitted from the experience, and I appreciate the knowledge and caring of people such as Grace Ren who is a registered massage therapist in Burlington. "Booked 3 days before confirmed 2 time same day and she cancel with no valid reason after arriving on her place , disruption her call what she continued and gived 4 page to fill complaining its not full one page she told its for her after conversation understand she need to prepare her self for tomorrow she dont care about my time my Job and my drive to Her place over H she its selfish and just looking her time and money Waisted my time"

"I was referred to this place bec I wanted something closer to home and I’ve been going ever since. Everyone is so friendly and inviting experience. Lucy and her team takes care of all my nail needs. She’s also so thoughtful, I was coughing one time and asked me if I wanted a bottle of water. She even opened it for me since my nails were drying. I’d definitely give them a try."

"I went to a nail salon where the results were very disappointing. Then, I visited TT Nail Bar, and Kylie was there. She did my nails in a highly professional manner, exactly as I had requested based on the picture. Thank you, Kylie, and the entire team and staff. They are kind and appreciative!!!"

"The staff were not very knowledgeable on easy design techniques. I received a full biogel set and within less than a week two of the nails fell off and another 2 were already loose. The technician rushed through the set which I think contributed to the poor quality. For reference, a full bio gel set usually lasts 3 weeks on my nails before even starting to become loose. Would not recommend this salon. Did not even feel comfortable returning to them to have the broken nails fixed."

"My daughter literally is in tears and hates her nails. I don’t like them either and they do not suit her hands at all. I was with her when she said longer and they are thick. I should have drove her to Grimsby and had them do the nails properly there. We left and went to another nail salon in Burlington and paid to have them removed and new ones put on. They even said they look like duck nails!!! I paid in the end and it was worth having my daughter smile again at another nail salon !!! And they listened to her!!!!!! Go to #1 Nails across from the Burlington Mall on Guelph line. Look at the photo with my daughter’s new nails with the hearts! It’s not even close to the quality and work that #1 nails did."

"EDIT: I am really sad to have to write this updated review but I had an awful experience and will most likely never be back to TT’s nails. First off, the lady who did my pedicure also made the girl before me bleed as I heard her say she shouldn’t have to pay since she was made to bleed and never has during a manicure before. This ended up being the same lady who did my nails, my appointment was at 11, I arrived 5 minutes early and wasn’t even acknowledged until about 15 mins after 11, they were busy and I totally understand that but at least say hello. I came to get a pedicure as it was my birthday and I got a coupon for 10%. She barely touch the bottom of my feet, barely rubbed my legs, and the towel at the end was very very hot, which they usually cool down first. She was very nice but this was probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had unfortunately. The worst part was she pulled out an ingrown toe nail I wasn’t even aware of, nor did she even ask me if it was okay to remove it. I then started bleeding a lot and she had to stop the bleeding with a cotton ball and couldn’t work on my nails for about 5 mins until it stopped bleeding. It was EXTREMELY painful and very painful the days following, I had to get Polysporin and use bandaids for 4 days so it didn’t get infected. I do my own nails so I know the process and she also flooded my cuticles and you can see all excess top coat around my nails. I was only in the chair for maybe 25 mins, bleeding, the bottom of my feet were barely worked on, the towel was very hot and my cuticles are flooded with top coat. Overall I am very displeased with my service and should not have paid but didn’t want to cause a scene and I was also very shocked as I have been coming for over 3 years and never had issues. After the service I had I don’t recommend TT nails anymore. I love TT nails! I’ve been there 3-4 times and every time is such an awesome experience! They are so kind and really seem like they care and want what’s best for your nails which is the most important part of a salon! The salon itself is always so clean and beautiful! I highly recommend this salon!"
