Great massage! I had a 45-minute deep tissue session with Selena, and it was perfect for a lunch break. The space is clean and tidy, and I liked that the oils and creams weren’t heavily fragranced. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible massages. I try to go whenever I’m in town. Incredibly high quality massage, very professional, and great hours to go after work. Highly recommended - if you can tolerate it ask for a firm or strong massage - the pain is worth it!

I honestly never write reviews but this was honestly the best massage I ever had. Cici is really good and you can tell she’s experienced and is also very respectful. My body feels brand new and prices are great. I recommend 1000%

Because I work in high-end spas, my boyfriend and I went in with low expectations granted how affordable everything was. However we were totally blown away, such great massages and the price was right! We got a 60 minute deep-tissue and they got into all the right spots, pressure was perfect, and our expectations were exceeded. Highly recommend, if I lived locally I'd be going there all the time!

Just finished my fourth time at 1SPA4U. This time Selina was my massage therapist, she was amazingly helpful and knew my pain. She assessed, stretched and treated me to perfection she also used her expertise by applying great pressure and deeply massaged my shoulders, lower back and my feet like never before Not to forget Sophie the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, I’ll be going back every other week I would recommend to everyone who wants to get a nice deep body massage, Selina Handles like a pro. Had an awesome massage here, but a bit of a strange miscommunication. Came with my friend, asked for 60 minute foot reflexology with 15 minute neck and shoulder, ended up getting a full body massage with no foot reflexology at all, but it was so nice that we just went with it. Had a great deep tissue style treatment that worked out some knots, assume they are equally skilled at feet and hope to confirm next time I’m in Ottawa.
