She assessed, stretched and treated me to perfection she also used her expertise by applying great pressure and deeply massaged my shoulders, lower back and my feet like never before Not to forget Sophie the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, I’ll be going back every other week I would recommend to everyone who wants to get a nice deep body massage, Selina Handles like a pro. Came with my friend, asked for 60 minute foot reflexology with 15 minute neck and shoulder, ended up getting a full body massage with no foot reflexology at all, but it was so nice that we just went with it. Had a great deep tissue style treatment that worked out some knots, assume they are equally skilled at feet and hope to confirm next time I’m in Ottawa."
