I have been delighted since finding my new RMT Connie and staff at 416 Hands in Knead. I walked into their office in pain from stress and other injuries. My first experience and follow up results have been extraordinary and rewarding! I feel like a new person! I have booked cupping, electro acupuncture and massage therapy. The office is professional, friendly and very clean. I highly recommend this office. Do not hesitate to book an appointment. Hands down they receive 5 Star’s!

What an amazing group of women. This is more of a happy hangout place that doubles as an RMT clinic. There is a doctor from Iran as their acupuncturist, lovely registered massage therapists, as well as tailored products for retail. Do not be fooled by their simplicity..this place goes above and beyond to be the best as they love what they do and build relationships on it. Very family oriented. No matter who you choose as a therapist, you are in well cared for hands. Pleasantly surprises by such a warm and inviting welcome. I will be back again and again Thank you to all the therapists l have seen here.

I went here about 7 years ago with severe hip and leg pain. Nora is a true healer. She does not rush and she helped me be mobile and get the help I needed. She genuinely cares about people and wants to help. I have gone back to her over the years, and she's as amazing and consistent as ever. Connie and Katerina are also amazing. You can't go wrong with this place. The location itself is very neat and professional. You begin to relax as soon as you step in. I'll never go anywhere else for a massage. Highly recommend Hands in Knead!
