The worst and most uncomfortable massage experience of my life. Unsafe practices like not wearing masks. Using broken machine during massage. People walking in to grab supplies. I can keep going

Hands down the greatest massage I've ever had!! My boyfriend got one too and is also singing their praises. My masseuse was incredibly attentive. She loosened places I didn't even realize were tight. She also made sure to spend time on my tense areas - my neck/upper back area hasn't felt this good in a LONG time! The entire atmosphere is fun and relaxing, and the women who work there are absolutely incredible!! COVID measures were put in place and well followed. I felt safe and comfortable right away. The spa itself is clean, relaxing and well decorated (which, for me, adds to the experience). 100% going back & I highly recommend them!

This was a great experience! I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and they were ready to see me right when I arrived. The staff followed a careful COVID protocol with a thorough screening and wore masks. The masseuse took great care to work out some of my knots and check in to see if it was comfortable. I loved the hot towels and relaxing aroma. Would definitely recommend!

The worst deep tissue massage I ever received (Jennifer). The first clue should have been the 1.5 inch pointy nails. Add to that the fact that the room was not ready for me and she took some of my massage time to finish putting a towel on the head rest, turn on the music, and finish responding to a text. Twice she took out her cell phone while massaging me. There were no questions regarding where my trouble spots were only question was whether or not I had any allergies. Twice I had to tell her to lighten up on the pressure on my calves. She pressed so hard on them they were tender and painful to the touch for a week. There were no support cushions under my ankles or knees. She started by massaging my right foot for about 5 minutes and barely touched my left. I have a lot of knots on my left shoulder area. Her first time touching that area was with her forearm and a lot of pressure. I screamed out in pain. Her comment was:"Oh you have a sore shoulder" then never went back. I didn't stay the full hour because I was concerned for my safety. I don't for one minute believe the reviews on the Groupon site. Maybe this "Toni" person, who owns the spa, is a qualified massage therapist but clearly the person who was assigned to me was not. Honestly for a spa owner to allow an unqualified person to give someone a deep tissue massage, is dangerous and irresponsible. When I described my experience to my regular therapist she stated that if I had had blood clot issues in my leg, I could have been killed.

this was a very weird experience: 1. couldn't find the "spa" on the plaza, 2. when I came in they asked me to sit and wait in their "sault" room, after ~5 minutes notifying me that they can not honor my 60 min massage and salt therapy package (booked earlier); 3. the place was under renovation and the back was a mess. For obvious reasons I am never coming back. It seems that they are totally missing the point of what normal spa experience should look like.

This is one of the massages I’ve had. The owner is so sweet ans genuine. The spa is clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely come back here again!
