I’ve loved every visit to Arora’s! Vaani for my pedicures, always fun, friendly & professional. And yesterday I had my first deep tissue massage by Gitika….oh my! That petite young Lady has the strongest hands! After asking of my trouble spots, she went to work…BEST DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD! She is lovely, and so knowledgeable & professional. She is Registered & can direct bill. I will certainly be returning for ongoing physical maintenance.

I always have an amazing experience at Arora’s for both a manicure and pedicure! The staff is welcoming, professional, and meticulous. My nails look absolutely gorgeous.They spend the time to shape them and make sure they are exactly what I wanted. They last and don’t break or chip on me. It’s the one place I continue to go back to where my acrylic nails last the longest! I have gone for pedicures too which have been incredibly relaxing, and my feet feel so soft and refreshed after. The salon is clean, with a calming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch nail care!

I visited this salon for the first time and had a regular pedicure. It was a quiet salon and the one lady who worked there was friendly. The leg massage was excellent! However, I do not plan to return because I can get a longer, better pedicure elsewhere for the same price. After the pedicure, the staff seemed eager to have me leave, even though I wanted to wait a tad longer for the polish to dry and there were no other customers.

I rushed from the airport in Calgary and was late for my 6:00 appointment for a nail fill. The owner phoned me to see if I was going to make my appointment and I was happy she was going to wait for me. I got there with hopes of getting a bit of waxing done but it was so late that I gave up on the idea. Not only did she do a fill, she had time to wax me from head to toe in 70 minutes!! I’ve had mail appointments that took longer than that! To top things off, she also did two other clients’ eyebrows too! I have finally found my forever beauty place! Thank you Pooja Arora for such fast, quality service!!

I get my Brazilian and my nails done here, and both ladies are wonderful. This last instance I noticed a problem with the shellac five days after I had gotten them done at no fault of anyone in particular. I had called and they quickly got me in and resolved the Issue with no qualms. Would recommend to everyone!

After finalizing the deal for a certain amount, the owner displayed a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. She began yelling at the customer, making inappropriate comments about being mindful of prices, and offered a rude service experience. It's clear she doesn't know how to properly handle clients or interact with them respectfully. I would advise others to be cautious and consider other options moving forward.

I called yesterday for a last minute appointment for 2 people. They accommodated us that evening. Luxury manicure/pedicure, eyebrow, upper lip and chin wax also. Great service, friendly and professional. Parafin wax treatment on our feet was amazing! Prices are fair. Will definitely be back.
