I have tried the head treatment here and I highly recommend it if you are looking to destress from a week of work. For the one hour head treatment, you can expect a full head and neck massage, a thorough cleanse of the scalp and hair as well as a shoulder and arm massage. The facilities are very clean and can accommodate couples in the same room. Take your partner here as well.

pros: reception was welcoming & was accommodating with rescheduling the appointment. the overall environment was nice. cons: this was my first scalp treatment so to be honest i did not know what to expect. it was very clear that the lady doing my service hated the fact that i was uncomfortable with taking my shirt off for the scalp treatment, even though i was not informed that this was required beforehand during booking and i was not prepared to do so as i had no bra on underneath. she kept saying things about me to her coworker in chinese, thinking i wouldn't understand. i didn't say anything but i found it very rude and unprofessional. the scalp massage itself was incredibly painful and very forceful. several times it just felt like she was trying to yank my hair off my head. i could not relax as i was trying my hardest not to cry from how painful it was. in the end, the water treatment was basically just a hair wash with no oil treatment. my hair was left very dry and my scalp is still throbbing. i ended up paying full price and tip for her time, but i would never come back here and would never recommend the scalp service to anyone.

Excellent service and very clean environment with good scent. Head treatment has not only head massage but also includes shoulder and a bit arms massage. Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to try other treatments.

I had the head/scalp treatment at Eastern Bay Spa and it was fantastic. It was an hour long service which started with a head massage, then she used some tools to rub through my hair and scalp which was amazing. After that she applied shampoos and washed my hair throughly before giving me a neck / shoulder massage. She applied a moisturizing spray as well and dried my hair so I didn't leave with it wet. Overall a really unique experience and I loved it! I would try the other services there, and the staff was very nice!
