Booked here because they had a last minute opening. I now see why. I had to book through the mind and body app as they don’t have an online portal. I received 10 emails about the same thing and found it challenging to fill out the paperwork at home. When discussing with my practitioner what was wrong she didn’t quite seem to understand my issue. She was very kind and concerned about the pressure although her technique was interesting. Instead of dimming the lights a towel was placed over my eyes which kept falling off. This was distracting and took away from the what should have been a relaxing experience. I left the office not feeling any better than I had come in. The massage was the most expensive massage I’ve ever had $143.85. If I didn’t have benefits I would have been devastated to leave no better and paid that much. I asked to be emailed a receipt to be submitted to my benefits. The girl had forgot which is ok but when I followed up at home, their system sent me a typed out email. It was inconvenient to have to follow up multiple times about a simple receipt. All in all definitely not worth the money. Very kind staff thought!

I have been a good /patient customer here for THREE years!! I never had a problem until now. I am very unhappy with the way things have been dealt with. I feel as a patient I should have been offered a resolution or even a conversation, before they cancelled all my appointments.

I had a service on Thurs. Jan 2/2025 I always see RMT Laura, she is profesional and amazing at finding all your tageted areas. I really like their new receptionist, she is very welcoming, mindful to greet customers, talk on the phone all in a quietly manner when customers are receiving their treatments are in progress. The other receptionist is very loud. You can hear her in through ther double doors and into the treatment rooms. It's not a relaxing experience. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and professional.

First time trying Elements massage today. I was a bit trepidatious, because I’ve been in chronic pain for 30 years, and although I have a high pain tolerance, parts of my body are tender. My misgivings were misplaced! I’m going to do a fairly thorough review, because there are so many massage places to choose from, and they’re not all professional or beneficial. I was warmly greeted by reception upon arriving, and was given some short forms to fill out (not a problem, in fact this information is crucial for proper and effective treatment, so I was glad to do it). The person at reception even offered use of the washroom before treatment began. I was greeted by the Registered Massage Therapist, Laura at the entrance to the treatment area. Laura thoroughly reviewed my medical history, areas of concern, and expectations and assured me that the depth of the treatment would be completely varied according to my comfort level. The room was clean, the table preheated, and fresh sheets, etc on the massage bed, and face/head rest. The music and ambience was calming, relaxing and nicely understated. The massage was perfect, and exactly the right pressures I needed, in all the areas that could be addressed within the one hour massage window. Upon finishing, Laura asked about how I was feeling, any areas of concern I had, and debriefed me on her thoughts of my future needs. She was absolutely professional, welcoming, and put me at ease from start to finish. She also gave me a complimentary bottle of water on leaving! The person at reception for payment was then efficient and organized, offering me a rebooking, and my choice of therapists (of course I chose Laura again!), and they have a wide variety of men and woman to chose from, and a great selection of hours of operation. I don’t have a single complaint or criticism, which is rare in this day and age! Great job Elements!!

I visited Elements massage for my birthday and it was perfect! It was in an easy access location, it was super clean, very welcoming and relaxing. I saw Sarah and she was professional, possessed great knowledge and the massage was very therapeutic. I loved how the intake requested for the customer to circle the areas with the most tensions, and also the areas where not comfortable with touch. It really allowed me to customize the massage to my needs, focusing on the problematic, stiff or painful areas. My upper & low back, as well as my shoulders and neck say; thank you!!!

This was my first time at Elements, I just moved to BC. I asked Francine for a deep tissue massage and she was amazing. The best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, I highly recommend her and will be back as much as possible!!
