I have had many facials in my life and I had my first facial at Ethos last week by the very professional and sweet Victoria. I can't say enough about her and the treatment! It was by far the most relaxing, detailed, rejuvenating and best experience I have ever had. I just had surgery a few weeks back and I was not feeling my best suddenly but this didn't phase her at all. The kindness, understanding and compassion was so greatly appreciated. She went over the top! I bought a gift certificate for my son on my way out and I will definitely be visiting again soon! Thank you Ladies for this amazing spot of Paradise in London. Well Done!!

I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. I recieved the Winter Detox facial from Marie. Both she and the owner were exceptionally kind and attentive. The facial was beyond thorough and so relaxing. Really looking forward to going back!

I’ve been to Ethos a few times for laser hair removal and had a great experience. Victoria (esthetician) and Leah (receptionist) were amazing. They made the place feel really comfortable and welcoming, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Never have I experienced the knowledge and extreme delight for all of the services that I have now on a regular basis. From facials, to body treatments, to laser and beyond - if you have a concern or you just want to look your best - Katina and her staff are the ONLY place I will now go to... I went for a restorative beauty facial. The facial wasn't bad, the products they used were very soothing but also highly scented. My skin was quite glowy and refreshed afterwards. But the service here isn't great. Other spas that I've been to have given you coffee or tea while you wait, or during your spa treatment. But for this spa I was given a cold bottle of water as I was leaving. No one was at the front desk when I came in. The staff weren't very communicative during the facial and when I arrived they were having a rude conversation about other staff members quite loudly in the back. The prices are also quite expensive. They tried to sell me on another facial that was almost $200, and they said if I pre-paid I would get 10% off. The products they sell here are also very expensive. The price is definitely not worth what you get.

I had my first visit to Ethos spas today. I was Extremely pleased. I only had a coupke of facials in the past but not for a long time so when I saw a special on I decided to book an appt. I'm so glad I did. The facial was wonderful and the girl Victoria was so nice and and very good. I received a free 1/2 infrared treatment which was extremely relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will definitely make a trip back. I definitely recommend this spa. ????

receptionist will tell you your appointment is fine and then you’ll get a call saying it’s not fine. Online booking does not work. Very limited parking. Will tell you that your appointment will be an hour and then it will take 2 hours which is difficult for planning. Just a lot of room for improvement and not worth the hassle, plenty of better options out there!

I was gifted a facial for my Birthday and had the most enjoyable experience. Katina went above and beyond and was very thorough and educational. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Katina and her team!
