Was searching for a nice and affordable nail salon around St. Albert and stumbled to this place. Went in and ask if they do accept walk-ins. They agreed and welcomed me and my husband. I got manicure and my husband got foot spa with pedicure. I don’t know the name of the lady who did my nails but I absolutely loved it! She’s gentle and was really careful while doing it. I appreciate also how she listens to me on what i wanted. For my husband he’s happy with the service that he received. Reasonable prices too. I highly recommend this place! Tracey was absolutely amazing, my first experience with head spa was phenomenal. She was so calm and did a great massage while taking take of my hair very well. I recommend if you are looking for a Japanese head spa to definitely check this place out. & ask for Tracey because she's absolutely perfect at what she does. Thankyou. I will be back again.

I will never recommend anyone going here for “head spa”. It was just horrible. It was aggressive, her hands were very abrasive (no gloves worn), shampoo was sprayed everywhere including in my eyes, they used garnier and Johnson’s oil. In an attempt to wash the shampoo that was thrown everywhere she drenched my face with water and her abrasive hand. Mascara everywhere. The massage was in the same spots over and over- I have lines down my neck from where she kept rubbing over and over. It was very uncomfortable as the “hair dry” portion was me sitting up but hunching over on the top of the wet bed with a hair dryer that smelt like burning. Finally, with hair not dried fully, she dowsed my hair with oil and said all done. I left with oily damp hair that smells like cheap oil.

Ivy did my nails and it was really nice!! She took her time making sure I like the shape of my nail. I highly suggest booking a nail appointment with her.

Tracy as very patient and provided an excellent head spa experience. The salon is beautiful and all the ladies very accommodating. I will be back ???? Great location in St. Albert.

Toda, I went to get hair spa and my hair usually is pretty dry with dandruff, which is common with curly hair. But after, it felt so soft and smooth and during the service I fell asleep! The salon is very modern, clean and beautiful selling olaplex and ag hair care!!

I decided to drop in for a 40 minute head spa treatment based on some of the reviews I had read and a few ads that kept popping up. I was not disappointed! The staff were all so friendly and made me feel welcomed. Kelly was wonderful and made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I left with my hair smelling great, and I felt like a queen. I would recommend the head spa treatment to anyone!

I tried the Sherwood Park location, and booked in for a specialty pedicure. They didn't do half of what was advertised, and said the "forgot". I decided to give them another try and booked in for Regal Nails. They canceled last minute and offered to move me to St. Albert. I made it very clear I needed to be done by 3pm because of an important appointment. They assured me I would be. We arrived early, but they were disorganized from the beginning and the lady doing my pedicure didn't know what she was doing. They spoke to each other, but wouldn't engage in conversation with my friend and I, acting quite rude. The whole experience was anything but relaxing, and took so long I missed the appointment. They argued about giving me the advertised deal that was confirmed at booking and the lady taking payment was quite unpleasant. There's too many better options to give them any more chances.
