This is a tricky review to write because I have been going here for a year now and have gotten to know the ladies well. They are all so kind and sweet and honestly do a good job. But the last three times I have been going the price has seemed higher then what I have paid before. The add ons for a normal Pedicure or gel fill is ridiculous. Their website states $5 for add ons but when I went to pay apparently shellac and chrome both fall in the $10 category even though it isn’t stated anywhere on website. When picking nail colours they never offer to look at the normal nail colours. Not only that but why on earth do you pay $45 for a gel fill and have to pay an additional $10 for your cuticles to be done. They also could use a bit of education in over filing the nail beds and how hot their machines get. Hot nails are a real thing and they hurt. For the record I am not saying I shouldn’t have to pay for chrome but $5 should suffice and please tell me where you go where shellac isn’t the standard on a gel set. Finally, I travel 90 min to go see these ladies. I booked a 90 min massage that ended up being an hour and 10 min. And was charged for 75 min (which isn’t a time that is offered on their website). Someone also knocked on the door in the middle of my massage to let my therapist know there was a head spa waiting for them which is why I’m guessing they cut my massage short. I typically don’t write reviews however I was thoroughly annoyed today and wish it wasn’t about every last penny they could squeeze out of me. What should have been a $190 day somehow ended up costing me $250. Please do better Krystal beauty. Shellac should be included in a full price as well as pedicure and cuticle care also.

The ultimate head spa was so relaxing, top-notch along with the hair salon styling! I had Rebecca for my hair, was so impressed! She listened and discussed some suggestions with me, would definitely be back with her! Friendly staff for head spa with their skills made my spa experience more amazing :) Enjoyed my pampering here!

This place is the finest outside of Beverlt hills I’ll never make it to California but Glamour By Krystal is the next Best thing This Spas is second to None Kim’s Staff are amazing Friendly and professional and My Girl Talia is a best employee

I just love this place. My girlfriend and I walked in on a Saturday ,short notice and they actually fit us both in for the hair treatment "Mind blowing" Staff are great, friendly and accommodating and the treatment its self WAS AMAZING! I will be back and have recommended this treatment to everyone I know :) Thank you Glamour team for a great experience.

Susan Abdellatif has been my nail technician for years. She is amazing!!! Now she’s doing my facials. Had one today. Was so relaxing. She really is so talented and caring. Thanks for a great morning.

Went in for a half day spa package including manicure, pedicure, facial, massage and head spa. All treatments were so relaxing! You can tell the staff take pride in their work. The spa was gorgeous and very clean. Definitely will head there next time I need some pampering!

I'm catching up on somethings and I wanted to post a review. I had a chance to visit Glamour by Krystal Beauty about 2 weeks ago and tried their Ultimate Head Spa service. I first walked in and the spa was sparkling and clean, I was greeted by two friendly ladies who brought me two the back where there were several massage tables and was given a robe to change into. Nikki performed my service and she was absolutely fabulous making sure I was comfortable and feeling good at all times. I wasn't feeling "good" ...I was feeling "amazing" and in heaven with this service, I didn't want it to end. After it was over, be prepared your hair and face does get wet, they brought me to the front where they have a hair salon to sit and enjoy complimentary hot tea. I was offered a complimentary blow dry which I took or I could pay to be professionally styled by one of their hair dressers. They have makeup artists on site, pedicures and manicures, body treatments and facials, anti aging treatments I would love to try. Brides getting married this place would be the bomb to bring your wedding party because there is so much room and while some get makeup, others get their hair styled and if others are bored they can get manis and pedis-how fun is that. Stay tuned as the manager Kim Bui who came to greet me and I work on packages for Tying It All Together and Tie the Knot Nuptials clients to get a discount! My experience was so divine I'm treating my daughter to this head treatment today and myself to a pedicure today as I can't wait to try more of their services and see what they are like. So far my first visit I give it a 5 out 5 ⭐️
