5 Stars - Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Head & Stone Spa on Don Mills. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The spa is super clean, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and the staff are welcoming and professional. You can easily book online, which makes things so convenient. I’ve been to Elmwood Spa and spent over $400 there, but honestly, Head & Stone blew it out of the water — and at a much more affordable price. The quality of service here is unmatched, and I truly felt pampered and relaxed. I’m already planning my next visit and I encourage everyone to check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

My mom, sister and I had booked off to go to spa therapy here. My sister went in in person booked an appointment for 3 people but when we went in they said there’s only one spot available because it was booked for only one person. The employee had put 1 person instead of 3 when it was clearly stated that there are 3 people coming, and they couldn’t do anything about it. We had to cancel with no discounts no nothing. very disappointed

The ambiance in the spa is relaxing and the staff is quite helpful. My RMT - Rhydjet- is hands down the best practitioner I’ve ever known. I feel better for weeks after I see him - can’t recommend him enough!

Don’t buy gift cards from them, theirs system handling of gift cards are TERRIBLY managed!!! My friend had been using them frequently for massages, and one day, she bought a gift card for My birthday. I didn’t use it for a while, but when I tried to redeem it, I was told that the balance on THIS card was zero! What an absurd situation! My physical gift card was with me the entire time for the balance of $125 +$25 promotion in total! As a result, I had to pay out-of-pocket for a service I was supposed to get for free. I was incredibly disappointing! I called my friend, and she was shocked to hear what had happened. I know my friend well, and I’m sure she couldn’t just use this gift card balance for her own service! It’s clear that instead of correctly applying the gift card as payment, mistakenly credited the balance to her spa account. She ended up using it unintentionally, as she was thinking she still has some money in her spa account. Management did not even apologize for the mix-up! They claimed that my friend had authorized them to use the gift card for her own service. Which is totally absurd, because she didn’t know they are taking money from MY gift card! The owner then suggested that my friend buy another gift card for me, which felt like a way to shift responsibility. I am deeply disappointed, and both my friend and I are very upset by how this was handled. We will never use this company’s gift cards again and would advise others to avoid them as well.

The best message we have ever get. They greet us so friendly, asked if we need anything special or do have any pain in our body. We couldn’t notice how time passed. I was in heaven and also my husband. I didn’t want to leave the room. Surely I will come back and recommend here and their services to all.

I had my second massage with Rozan today, and she was absolutely amazing! She is highly skilled, attentive, and knows exactly how to relieve tension and stress. Her technique is excellent, and she creates such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Both times I’ve visited, I’ve left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Rozan to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

I have been going to this location for years and always see Karla. She is amazing and very gentle, and I leave there feeling rested, and refreshed after her facials. Karla focuses on finding out my skin care goals and has helped me create a great self care routine. Thank you, Karla, I will be back again!
