First, I would like to start with the admins; they are amazing, very knowledgeable, and they answer all your questions. Kudos to Veronica for going through everything step by step in regards to membership. Second is Esther, who is the therapist—she is +++ amazing. Literally, I have no words to explain how good she was. In just one session with her, I could feel all my tension was relieved. I am booking again next week with her.

Just finished a massage with Ester! She was amazing! Listen so well and really went above and beyond. Such a lovely woman and an amazing masseuse! Best massage of my life!! The front desk ladies are also so kind and always make me feel so comfortable and welcome! I love hand and stone Leaside! Such wonderful service and people!

I've been going to Joyce for a massage for a few times now. She is amazing! She tailors the massage accordingly to my needs. Her technique is excellent, and she always manages to relieve my specific issues. I highly recommend her!

I had a horrible experience here with Claudia on Monday. At the beginning of my appointment Claudia made an unprofessional, highly insensitive and rude assumption about my health, causing me to leave the appointment. I was and honestly still am in absolute shock and continue to be quite emotional. If there are questions about my health why not ask me to fill out a health/check-in form or ask me if there are any changes to my health? My family has patronized your business since it opened in the plaza 10 or so years ago. We have been loyal customers. Unfortunately we will not be returning or purchasing gift cards to your location in the future.

I really do like this location, but I was very disappointed with Bunthom this weekend. Her movements were constantly very rushed. She asked me which area I would like her to work on, I explained my neck and shoulders and lower back/hips were the biggest issues and she decided she would work on my legs. They're extremely sensitive and I don't like anyone touching them. She seemed very uncaring the entire time as well. I'll definitely be booking my next session with someone else.

I always have a good relaxing experience eveytime I visit this location. The best thing is I got a free facial service on my birth month. The staff are friendly and respectful and they value my feedback. Highly recommended

The team here is wonderful. I particularly enjoy front of desk team member, Veronica. She assisted me in membership signup. She is always very patient and knowledgeable about services and pricing.
