This is a convenient location with friendly staff. There are a few issues however, that require addressing. The massage bed was concave (perhaps from overuse) so my back began to hurt halfway through. It was uncomfortable. Second, this spa does not provide 50 minutes of massage. They say it’s a “50 minute service.” By the time I was taken to the room and changed, the massage was only 40 minutes. It is my understanding that an hour is blocked for each service to accommodate change time, thus allowing for an accurately timed 50 minute massage. I was taken to the room at 11:31. The massage started at 11:39. It was over at 12:20 on the dot. I have never been to a massage that operates this way. It feels cheap, as though they are trying to get a quick turnover to squeeze in more appointments which makes me question how well rooms are sanitized between bookings. I don’t think I’ll return. I’d rather spend my money on a proper 50-60 minute massage with clean and comfortable rooms.

I had a great massage with Jocelyn! The environment was calming and clean and the front desk staff are very friendly. They were even able to accommodate me when some scheduling issues came up. I will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my first visit here for a facial and a full body massage. Sam, my massage therapist was amazing. I felt so relaxed and I enjoyed the service. Simran ( licensed skin therapist ) was excellent at what she does. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment with her.

Everyone at Pickering Hand and Stone is very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean, they are always on time, plus, they are helpful booking appointments and answering questions. Also, they have some of the best massage therapists around. Thanks everyone for everything you do!

1st before my issue a huge shout out to my Esthetician Talitha was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my skin and facial.. she is the reason I will come back. Highly recommend Talitha and my massage was great. Now my issue. I purchased 2 Bogos for Christmas for my sister and I to come in the spring. At no time was I told anything expired. I placed my ordered on the phone and nothing was mentioned. When I came in several weeks later to pick up the certificates. I was handed a envelope and then I left. No one opened it it front of me and no one said that it comes with expiry dates. When I got home I open the envelope but only briefly looked inside it. My fault on that , I should have been more thorough. Anyway I saw the first card that said June 30 expiry and just presumed both were same , until I booked the appointment in May for us to come in and at that time noticed one of them expired in April. I brought this to their attention as to why they would sell me 2 certificates at same time with different expiry when I said we would be coming together. They said it's just what we do and that someone should have let me know. No offer of discount or anything, I feel this is a very wrong way for a business to run. I ended up having to pay more for a service I though was already paid for. Very poor policy and very unhappy for this situation. People please be careful and read everything that you purchase from Hand & Stone. My second issue is the noise level is terrible, very hard to relax as you hear everyone talk and walk. Definitely need some sound proofing.

Amazing service ????I was suffering with extensive nerve pain. My therapist Gurjot did the right thing and i was able move bend and lift my baby. Really thankful for her service. Great experience ????????Extremely relaxing ambiance and professional staff.

I’ve been to Hand & Stone Therapy multiple times, and every visit has been amazing! Winnie is always my massage therapist, and she is exceptional—professional, friendly, attentive, and she always makes me feel so relaxed. The front staff are always helpful and kind, and it’s so easy to book or adjust appointments, which makes the experience even better. The serene atmosphere and Winnie’s incredible technique leave me feeling completely rejuvenated every time. Highly recommend Winnie and this spa!

I had my first facial here with Talitha; she was exceptional! It was sooo relaxing and communication is great. I highly recommend, and will be a repeat customer for sure!
