Great place for both foot massage and full body massage. I used to see May, she’s excellent. But our schedules haven’t aligned so I started seeing Jessie, who is also fantastic. She used to be in medicine back home so she really knows the human body. She’s kind and has an amazing touch. Highly recommended
If you decide to visit this massage place, please get an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist). Otherwise, you will just get light touches around your body - not a functional massage. The place and sheets were also uncomfortable. Feels itchy with rough blankets - not sure if it was used earlier. Although price is very reasonable ($70), won’t be coming back here. I’ll rather pay $10 more for a better place, massage and masseuse. My body is still sore the next day - pointless!
I've been here about 5 times now. The foot massages are amazing. You start with a quick shoulder and back massage while your feet soak. The foot massage is very relaxing and rejuvenating.
I love this place. The feet massage is the best in Vaughan. Calm environment, experienced therapists and excellent price. My go to place for massage
Check this out. I and my cousin had an hour foot massage after a long day walk. Reception was friendly and welcoming as well as performing staffs. In an hour, we not only got a foot massage but also got a back and neck massage. The team delivered a good service and we had such a great experience coming here. Price was also reasonable.
If you have no where to go, please still do not go here. They do not know how to treat people with respect. They do not care for anyone service but their own. Not worth your money for a little rub down and asked if everything was okay. I hope this finds well to those who read this!
I had a disappointing experience at Happy Foot Spa. I had booked a massage and was looking forward to a relaxing session. However, at the very last second, they informed me that a male therapist would be giving me the massage. As a male myself, I was uncomfortable with this arrangement and would have appreciated being informed about it beforehand. To make matters worse, before letting me know about the change, they asked for payment. When I requested a refund, they didn't give me the full amount back, even though I had given them a %20 tip. The lack of communication and consideration for my preferences, combined with the poor handling of the refund, was unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better service and transparency.
The massage here is good, no complaints there but they need to get a receptionist who knows how to do her job. This was my 3rd visit and last 2 visits were good, friendly receptionist who took time to attend me and also provided me the receipt as I have 100% insurance claim. Today I entered with another customer and the first question she asked was my name and how would I like to pay. I went with the flow assuming she has my details and told her to provide me the receipt. She handed me the card machine receipt saying for a claim bill you need to mention specially that you need RMT, something I never did the last time and of-course the lady did not bother to check either. Waited for 10 mins till she finished others as she couldn’t multitask something she said to another customer as she made an error in his bill. She did give me an option to give my money back but not write a receipt for a service that I paid even before my massage started and I was in too much pain to cancel my appointment so I did it anyway. All in all I am paying 140$ from my pocket in-spite of having a 100% claim. This place needs a competent receptionist with a good customer service as they have good therapists but my whole experience is ruined and I am not coming back here even though this place is 2 mins walk from home
