I had a great experience here! Trish was so sweet and you can tell she cares a lot about her clients. The massage was very relaxing and you feel safe inside their clinic. The location is very convenient, especially for people who take transit. Try to come on time though, I came early while they had clients and I had to wait outside for a bit. Not a dealbreaker though! I’m still 100% satisfied with Kaya. They also do quick and painless direct billing (I have SunLife). Excited to go back and have deep tissue work done on my shoulders!

The ladies at Kaya wellness are phenomenal! Their deep tissue massage is actually a deep tissue massage making you feel like a new man after leaving. Also for a guy who hates paperwork their quick, easy and painless direct billing to insurance makes the experience a million times better. Ps they are also set up with Medavie Blue Cross which in my experience is pretty rare for direct billing.

Being 6'5, I've had low back issues for years and have seen 10's of different massage therapists over the years and must say Genny @ Kaya Welness is by far THE BEST massage therapist I've ever been to. I generally don't leave many reviews but this place deserves one. If you have any muscle pain and are looking for a real massage, don't go anywhere else.

I've been going here for years (used to be called Mantra). I was very pleased when they re-opened as Kaya Wellness. Great staff, nice space and excellent massage therapists with many years of experience.
