The staff here are so friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. I've been to see Margaret twice now, and can happily report that her massages have left me with significantly decreased pain upon leaving the spa. Strongly recommend visiting Life Stiles if you are looking for a compassionate and expert massage experience.

It was my bday, and with late notice they fit me in for a massage and a steam bath, Sam was awesome! As I have some pretty heavy hardware in my legs from a snowboarding accident, and lost a little extension in my one leg, he did a really wonderful job isolating my issues, probably one of best massages I've had. The problem is I never know how vocal to be, felt comfortable and was able to get exactly what I needed.. the steam bath is so awesome, get it !

Truly a 5 star ⭐️ experience every single time…. This year’s Christmas ???? pampering included amazing skin care from Shera, a lovely ???? 90 min hot stone massage with Margaret and a Bela facial with Caitlyn. Perfect in every way!!!!

Had waxing, facial and a massage... I have had many experiences with all of these, and this place by far is the best I have been in. Least painful wax ever, which was amazing. No bumps or bleeds or sensitivity after. The facial was heavenly and I actually fell asleep. But the massage was extraordinary. She used several techniques was able to hit all my knots - even the ones I didnt know I had! Will definitely come back!

I love lifestiles. I have been coming here since 2003 for massages. Margaret is very knowledgable and takes very good care of me. I love the facials here, by far the best!
