Relaxing but also lacking ... First time here. I went in for a Hot Stone Massage, which I've always loved in the past. The masseuse asked me if there was anywhere she should focus on, I said mid/low back. Most of the time was spent on my legs/feet. She spent less than 10 minutes on my back (out of a 75min appointment) Even though I love Hot Stone, I was disappointed that there wasn't much time on my back as I had mentioned it when she asked.

I went to Lotus day spa to have a lash lift and tint done. I have had this service provided by other places in the past. Ashley was my technician and she did the most amazing job!!! I will never go anywhere else to get my lashes done again. I love that the spa sends me monthly email specials. This is how I found out they offered this service. I've had other services completed here and it is always clean, professional, and staff is fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend the Lotus Day Spa.

Nikki is amazing…she is a skilled esthetician with a warm, nurturing and gentle personality. She takes exceptional care of her clients and provides top notch service. I actually travel from Vancouver to see her and it is well worth my trip. My lashes look phenomenal when she was worked her magic. The clinic is clean, welcoming and inviting. Prices are very competitive. If I could give 6 stars I would!
