The clinic was very calming upon entering and the front staff was friendly. Paul, the RMT, was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the pain I had in my body. The pressure was great and the way he manipulated the body to get better range of movement was amazing. The best sport/athletic massage I have ever gotten. And my leg, hip and lower back feel great!

First time wanting to get a massage here. I booked a three appointments for my husband and was about to book for mine. They kept calling me nonstop saying you want three massages??? they literally told me verbally that I should cancel and keep one so someone else can book it. It was so weird. I cancelled the whole thing and definitely will never return. It’s like they don’t want you to come. Just the way they were talking on the phone and pressuring me to cancel was so weird

I booked a prenatal massage here and clearly indicated on the forms that I am pregnant, but the bed wasn’t prepared appropriately for a pregnant client, which made the session uncomfortable from the start. The therapist seemed unprepared and admitted her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She didn’t seem knowledgeable—when I asked about the oil being used, she couldn’t answer. I also requested more pressure for my tight calves, but the pressure remained far too light throughout, despite my feedback. I left feeling very disappointed and won’t be returning. Better training and preparation for prenatal clients are needed.

This one my first time getting a massage at massage addict. I could truly say that I will be returning to this location. Front desk was very helpful and professional. I have a very busy schedule and they were able to accommodate my next appointment based off the limited availability that I had. Melissa is an amazing RMT. She was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Would definitely recommend this location!

I had the worst experience at this location. The receptionist messed up my appointment, changing it from acupuncture to a massage without informing me. She didn’t even bother to explain the mistake until my appointment started. Even after this confusion, she behaved in a very unprofessional manner. My time was wasted, and I had to leave without receiving my treatment.
