She really listens to your issues and adjusts her recommendations based on your situation. I have moderate acne with a lot of clogging of the pores (even at 28 years old) and she has definitely helped in clearing out some of those bumps that didn't ever seem to want to go away. I definitely recommande visiting her on a monthly visit for better results!"

"I’ve been to this location a number of times over the past 5-6 years. The front line team are all very friendly and professional. That is were the positive attributes stop. The back end of the premises like the rooms require an update as they are very outdated and dingy. The prices have certainly gone up but the experience has remained the same as the RMT’s are good but not great. The RMT’s appear to turn over frequently. Of all the massages I’ve had over my long life only one has done cupping on me at this location. I was not asked or advised of cupping and I only realized it had taken place after my shoulders were very sore and when my daughter looked at my shoulders she advised they were bruised which she determined was from cupping. The only reason I’ve gone back was because of the close proximity to my home and work."

They kept calling me nonstop saying you want three massages??? they literally told me verbally that I should cancel and keep one so someone else can book it. It was so weird. I cancelled the whole thing and definitely will never return. It’s like they don’t want you to come. Just the way they were talking on the phone and pressuring me to cancel was so weird"

"I booked a prenatal massage here and clearly indicated on the forms that I am pregnant, but the bed wasn’t prepared appropriately for a pregnant client, which made the session uncomfortable from the start. The therapist seemed unprepared and admitted her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She didn’t seem knowledgeable—when I asked about the oil being used, she couldn’t answer. I also requested more pressure for my tight calves, but the pressure remained far too light throughout, despite my feedback. I left feeling very disappointed and won’t be returning. Better training and preparation for prenatal clients are needed."
