I’m honestly at a loss for words—this was by far the best massage experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had many massages over the years, but nothing compares to the treatment I received from Chi-Ho Don Mok. After having two babies, I had been dealing with severe lower back pain for months. I tried everything: physio, yoga, and sessions with other RMTs, but nothing brought lasting relief. Yesterday, I had a deep tissue massage with Chi-Ho, and today I woke up completely pain-free—for the first time in six months. I didn’t feel stiff or sore, just amazing. I’ve never experienced that kind of immediate and complete relief from any massage before. Chi-Ho is not only incredibly skilled, but it’s also clear he truly cares about his work and his clients. He even took the time after our session to guide me through some deep stretches. His dedication and care went above and beyond, and I’m beyond grateful. Thank you so much, Chi-Ho—you are phenomenal!

Evelyn is always fantastic. My only issue is that I pay $135 for a 1 hour massage, but it is typically only 50 minutes since the therapist comes to get you right on time, then you have to explain where the pain is, then you have to change and get under the sheet. It’s just frustrating when I pay so much more than where I used to go to (Richmond massage).

The ambiance is great and the receptionist was super nice. Dr Jonathan was excellent. He was able to explain everything and pinpoint the areas where it needs some work and have applied the needed treatment. I didnt felt it at first but when I got home my body was so relaxed that I feel asleep after a few minutes.

I had a great experience with Jamie at Massage Addict. His treatment was really relaxing and soothing, and I left feeling so much better. He was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely recommend his services!

I’m giving Bryce a well-deserved 5 stars for the magnificent massage I received. However, my overall experience was marred by a lack of customer service, leading me to rate it only 1 star overall. As a new customer, I arrived with a stiff neck and was looking forward to the full 60 minutes of relief. Unfortunately, my massage was cut short by 8 minutes. I had completed all the necessary paperwork in advance and arrived on time, but the receptionist tried to blame my timing for the shortened session. She asked me to wait, which only added to my confusion. When I provided feedback about the timing issue, she did not acknowledge my concerns or offer any solutions to rectify the situation. She just looked away and went silent. Regrettably, due to this experience, I will not be returning.

We have been coming to this location for over a year but today, the receptionist rolled her eyes and made me feel uncomfortable for not tipping after my massage. I'm already paying $135 for a 1-hour massage and other massage clinics don't even ask for tips on their POS terminals. This was a very disappointing experience.

I pulled up to slide for my massage appointment last night to meet my massage rmt by the name of Shawn G. The staff were very welcoming. I felt valued and appreciated as well as being heard was such a built-in skill feature that this business has a solid reputation for. I'm grateful that the people and staff are very understanding and so warm, heavy hearted into putting clients health needs first. Something that I personally will forever cherish. I had the honour and privilege to of been able to of been welcomed with open arms by such a peaceful respectful knowledgeable supportive humbling down to earth easy going staff who understands how to put the city on for others around them. I came home last night post appointment and felt grateful to be relieved of so much going on around me and involved with me on a personal note. I feel so thankful and my heart is filled with gratitude. All I have to say is that i'm forever humble to of had such a great experience and want to thank the business for having me. I look forward to becoming a returning client to help form a healthier world in and around the community. I'm lost for words due to the outpouring love that I was shown by such a great group over at massage addict.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with RMT Brice Parker at Massage Addict, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Brice is incredibly skilled, professional, and attentive to individual needs. He took the time to understand my problem areas and provided just the right amount of pressure to relieve my tension. The environment at Massage Addict was clean, calming, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with a noticeable improvement in my muscle stiffness. If you’re looking for a top-notch RMT, I highly recommend Brice Parker.
