I’ve had many massages over the years, but nothing compares to the treatment I received from Chi-Ho Don Mok. After having two babies, I had been dealing with severe lower back pain for months. I tried everything: physio, yoga, and sessions with other RMTs, but nothing brought lasting relief. Yesterday, I had a deep tissue massage with Chi-Ho, and today I woke up completely pain-free—for the first time in six months. I didn’t feel stiff or sore, just amazing. My only issue is that I pay $135 for a 1 hour massage, but it is typically only 50 minutes since the therapist comes to get you right on time, then you have to explain where the pain is, then you have to change and get under the sheet. It’s just frustrating when I pay so much more than where I used to go to (Richmond massage)."

"I’m giving Bryce a well-deserved 5 stars for the magnificent massage I received. However, my overall experience was marred by a lack of customer service, leading me to rate it only 1 star overall. As a new customer, I arrived with a stiff neck and was looking forward to the full 60 minutes of relief. Unfortunately, my massage was cut short by 8 minutes. I had completed all the necessary paperwork in advance and arrived on time, but the receptionist tried to blame my timing for the shortened session. She asked me to wait, which only added to my confusion. When I provided feedback about the timing issue, she did not acknowledge my concerns or offer any solutions to rectify the situation. She just looked away and went silent. Regrettably, due to this experience, I will not be returning."

I felt valued and appreciated as well as being heard was such a built-in skill feature that this business has a solid reputation for. Very professional, and adheres to the protocols put in place during this crazy time. The owner was super accommodating and knowledgeable, she helped me figure out the best ways to help me w the problem areas. For my daughter who has some serious issues w her acne, it's been better than having the meds that didn't work, and the creams that didn't work...
