M daughter went in for a full set. The cost advertised it $60, hers were long so additional fee is to be expected. Fee for long nails is $15. They also added on a $10 fee for shaping. I have never seen anywhere that does not include shaping in the fee. Also the shaping consisted of clipping off the corners and minimal filing. Outcome of nail is very dis-satisfying. Nails are way too wide and go over her finger. Completely flooded and extremely thick. Cannot recommend this place at all. Not trying to be mean, we still tipped to be respectful of time, but very dis-satisfied for $85

I got my first Shellac Manicure with a design from Kylie at Princess Nails, and this is one of the best manicures I’ve ever had! Most salons I’ve been to are not willing to do complex designs. Kylie had no hesitation and mimicked the exact picture I showed her. The salon was also wonderful at fitting me in for a last minute appointment before Christmas. I can’t wait to come here again. Went in today and in one hour here are my nails peeling off. While I was leaving one nail polish was already coming off. They fixed that and in one hour they are all coming off… The owner’s problem solving … don’t leave tip. I have gone there before and had an amazing experience with Carol and thought I would go again. The owner does not listen to customers needs and I happened to also get a bad job done on top of it today. Blah

I got my nails done for my wedding about a month ago - unicorn chrome over while polish + nail extension. Other than being grown own, my nails look the same as when I walked out of the salon a month ago. Nothing has chipped and I still have the full length. I am very rough with my hands; cooking, cleaning, gardening; and these nails aren't flinching. Durability 100%.

Received a wonderful manicure ???? at Princess Nails and Spa today. The nail tech was so lovely, location was super clean and all of the staff were very nice. My mani turned out so cute would highly reccomend!

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly upon entering. Instantly offered me the colours available to look through. Informed me of the wait time and walked me to the waiting area. Lisa then approached me and welcomed me and said she will be working on my nails today. Lisa was very friendly and made light conversation throughout the service. Lisa took her time in asking and making sure I was happy with the service she was providing and was very forthcoming about pricing, etc. Did not attempt to take advantage or push more services. When she finished, she gave me her card if I'd like to book with her in the future. Very happy with the service & employers!
