I've been going to Pure and Simple very occasionally, but today's facial with Gillian made me decide that I'll start going regularly from now on. She gives THE BEST scalp and face massages, and I can't wait to book more services with her. I've been to so many other spas, and this was the first time I truly felt relaxed and comfortable. I was really impressed and happy from my service today and my skin is glowing!

Monday night I had one of my best facials here at this Spa . Originally I am from Europe and had many facials in my lifetime but have to say that I was very impressed. The Spa looks beautiful, elegant and relaxing to look at. My cosmetation Sara was wonderful. I am looking forward to my next appointment and will recommend it to my friends also will buy a gift certificate for my daughter for her birthday.

Had heard a lot of good things about pure and simple, and finally booked my first facial. It did not disappoint! It was honestly a perfect experience. I got the deep down facial and I feel like it cleared my skin, my technician was also very nice and thorough. I bought moisturizer afterwards and I really love the product. Great reco for my skin. Finally, the price was great for the service. I would come back regularly 10/10 across all categories.

The facial was good. Last month was the first time in this beauty house. Dear owner, may I ask if hard skincare products are mandatory each time after facial service? If this is the case I feel hesitant to come back. I am so surprise it is happening in the such a good reputation chain Beauty house. Can you recommend few beauty therapist to me who is patient and not hard selling skin care products. I may come back regularly.

Just had a first facial in years and I left feeling and looking fantastic. Took the super hydrating one since it's winter. They did an assessment of my skin and suggested a few things without being pushy for any upsale. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I recommend

I usually go to the King location but since they’re temporarily closed at the time of the my appointment, I opted to go to the location closest to me and easiest to access which is this one. I had an excellent, pleasant experience at this Pure & Simple. Appointment started on time. My esthetician was super kind, accommodating and gentle but still did a thorough job with my facial and massage. It was so relaxing and I experienced no irritation with my super hydrating facial. They are moving locations, but the distance is less than 5 minutes via walking and still close to Bay & Bloor and Bay station. I would love to come back here for my next facial.

In December, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the estheticians. It was probably just an off day for her—completely understandable—but it left me feeling disappointed, especially since it was my only free time, and I was hoping for some relaxation. However, the salon’s customer care is truly amazing. They reached out to me after hearing about my experience and offered me a complimentary facial to make it right. That gesture alone was impressive, and it showed me how much they value their clients. When I came back for the facial, I was paired with Leslie—and wow, I’m so glad I gave the salon another chance. Leslie gave me one of the best facials of my life! We instantly clicked, and she made the entire experience amazing. She’s incredibly gentle—I didn’t feel any discomfort even during the extractions—and her shoulder massage was heaven!! After my initial experience, I wasn’t sure I’d return, but thanks to Leslie and the salon’s thoughtful response, I’m now a happy client. Leslie is truly exceptional, and I want her to be my one and only esthetician! Brava ❤️

Unfortunately, had a pretty bad experience at this location. I had Jill as my facialist (?) (not sure the exact name for this position) and booked the Pure Oxygen Facial. I have dry skin (especially during the winter) as well as some pretty active rosacea so I know that facials focused on oxygen with a focus on moisture work well for me. Jill and I discussed my concerns at length before my service and we got started. Jill was fairly quiet during the service but often asked me if the temperature of things were ok (e.g. the warm towels, a cooling aloe mask). At one point in the service my skin felt extremely hot, I wasn't sure if it was my skin reacting to something (it was) or the temperature of an oil/mask. I started to panic internally but thought if my skin was having a bad reaction, Jill would've mentioned something so I tried my best to relax. At the end of the service I knew something was off. My skin still felt very hot even after she said she was finished. I ran to the bathroom and my skin was bright red all over as if it were burnt from the sun (not around my eyes though). I expressed my concern to Jill and she sprayed something on my skin (not sure what it was) and started about her recommendations for my skincare routine at home. I left feeling pretty upset as I've never had this result after a facial before. After about 1.5 hours the redness went down but my skin is extremely irritated today, 24 hours later. :( Won't be returning.
