Was in for a Thai massage today .. I had heard about them but never experienced one before. I have been suffering from some hip and shoulder pain. Working shift work takes a toll on the body!! I literally limped and and leaped out !! Full body work out and stretching .. what an amazing hour. After your massage they provide you with water.. Epsom salts and oils .. the direct billing option made it super easy, Was a total body massage and stretching session !! I will totally be back !! And have already booked the hubby for his session !

Grace helped me so much! If you read no further at least know this. I was walking like a penguin from a foot injury last year that just would not go away. Every day i was in horrible pain and dreaded getting out of bed and putting weight on my leg. My wife and i were exploring downtown Ft Sask, and our path lead us to the door of R&J, my wife urged me to go in, even if i relax a bit she said..... and you don't argue with the boss right? :D The difference was profound, not only was my pain gone, but i was walking normal. I had no clue how effective the treatment of a professional RMT could be. If you are stressed and need to unwind, or you tweaked your shoulder in the back yard throwing a ball with the kiddo, or someone drilled you in the heel with a door...... make an appointment with Grace, and let her work her magic. They did not ask me to leave a review, I am happy to give my time for YOU so maybe you can feel as good as i did after. Chris

I went to see Grace this afternoon. I have some chronic pain issues. WOW --Grace has the touch. It hurt and felt good at the same time. Grace explains as she works, has a wealth of knowledge. We are defiantly be going back. I'm sending my husband there tomorrow. Thankyou Grace
