Been going here for a year now and every time is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing yet welcoming. The woman at the front is so friendly. I've seen Jancy for all my massages and she is absolutely amazing. Always listens to what I'd like to focus on. Best massages I've ever had. Love going here! Such a wonderful place.

I booked a relaxation massage and made it very clear to the therapist that I had extremely sore and tender shoulders, and that I needed low pressure. Despite bringing this up multiple times during the session, she didn’t adjust or seem to listen at all. Not only did the massage lack any real flow—she jumped randomly between body parts with no rhythm—it also included strange, scratching-like movements that were uncomfortable. The use of hot towels was also concerning; she would toss them straight onto the floor after using them, which felt unsanitary given that those towels are meant to be used on various parts of the body. Most upsetting of all, the massage actually triggered additional shoulder pain. I’ve been experiencing sharp, lingering pain in that area for the past two weeks, and it’s made daily activities more difficult. This was, unfortunately, one of the worst massage experiences I’ve had. I’m very disappointed, not just with the service, but with the negative effect it’s had on my body.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist listens to concerns and is great about checking in throughout the treatment. They are also great at offering suggestions for at home care that can help maintain the results of the massage between visits. Highly recommend!

Had a extremely bad experience. I am an regular customer there because I like this place and Amanda Gills offers good massage. I had to miss an appointment because I had to take my husband to emergency care due to salmonella infection. She had messaged me when I was at the hospital with my 18 month old and my husband. She had asked me to "go somewhere don't come here". Very rudely. If you are someone who wants good customer care, don't go here.
