I’ve been to Sage Wellness a couple of times now, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more safe and well taken care of. I've had the pleasure of getting massages with Adrienne twice, and I absolutely love how much care she puts into her work. She has this ability to adjust her techniques based on my needs, which makes me feel truly cared for. The receptionist is always so welcoming and kind, creating a warm atmosphere right from the start. One small thing I’d mention is that sometimes I’ve noticed staff speaking a bit loudly in the hallway, and during my last visit, I could hear an entire conversation from the room next door (I think it might have been the lunch break room?). Since I understand it's not just a massage space and other services are taking place, it’s not a huge issue for me. Overall, I’m very happy with my visits and will definitely be returning! :D

Accessibility: Not accessible, up two flights of stairs. I've been seeing Dr. Chad Shank for over 10 years now as my Chiropractor and Massage Therapist. He has been absolutely instrumental in my ability to perform my career pain free and to keep my body balanced. I've had countless regular appointments with him and he has always been 100% professional and is very knowledgeable Sage Wellness is always clean, welcoming, and it is so easy to book appointments. Jillian is an amazing owner. She is personable and down to earth.

A colleague recommended Sage Wellness over 6 years ago, when I was desperate for relief of a ongoing migraine. The therapist that happened to be available that day was Eric and I have been a client of his ever since. From that first appointment, Eric has proven to be very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to posture/migraines related issues. Unlike other RMTs I have seen previously, he offers deep tissue release. Eric communicates throughout the session asking about the pressure used, asks for consent prior to treating certain areas and is also responsive to my body language when working on troubled areas. I've recommended Eric to many friends over the years and some were new to massage therapy. I always remind them to communicate their needs to the therapist throughout the session to ensure they establish a trusting relationship with their RMT and get the most out of their treatment time.

Great location with wide professional services, there in infrared sauna as well, promote health lifestyle, well known in the area by locals and business. Some practitioners are working on Saturday and everythings till 6pm. They grown up dramatically in last two years .

Be aware that you cannot trust that you are safe at this clinic. An RMT here behaved very inappropriately during a session and when management was notified, nothing was done.
