I always have a lovely experience at Skin Solution. Janna has been taking care of my face for 5 months now. She is attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. I have been receiving monthly treatments and she has guided me through the world of medical products to use between sessions. My line up of products is slowly increasing and my face is improving more and more every month. The owner Raine is incredibly lovely and always takes time out of her day to chat with me when I visit and see how me and my face are doing. I highly recommend Skin Solution!

I’ve tried to call them 2 times to reschedule my appointment with no answers and was told they charged me for the full facial for a “no show” when I have tried to call. As a small business I understand that it’s hard but to build a clientele and a strong relationship with your clients there have to be accommodations. I would’ve referred skin solutions to all of my friends and family if the customer service was better. Now I will be telling my friends and family to not go here. I wish your business nothing but success but just how a business can be difficult to maintain so can customers and clients satisfaction and service.

Fantastic experience. Janna was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Raine was easy to communicate with online. I appreciate a nice atmosphere and will be returning.

I recently had a hydrofacial done here. The staff are very friendly and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. When I called to book I asked for which facial includes extractions and the hydrofacial was recommended which is what I booked. My honest review of the facial is it was not worth the $250. It did not include manual extractions. The machine did remove some dead skin cells and oil but I honestly went home with many blackheads and congestion that I then had to remove which was disappointing considering the amount of money I had just spent. I wouldn’t book this treatment again as it didn’t make much of a difference on my skin. My makeup did go on smoother but I have received better facials for acne for less money where they have done an hour of manual extractions. Sadly I went home very disappointed

By far the best facial I have ever had. Raine makes sure you have the best and most relaxing experience, and for a busy mom with 2 kids, it is my most treasured hour of the month! Highly recommend the monthly membership - it is SO worth it!

I love going to wax lounge, crazy how I was just passing by one day and decided to go in and try it after that never stopped. Everyone is so nice and good at their job. I definitely would recommend any time. always a pleasure going to the wax lounger, Ava always takes good care of me when it comes to waxing my legs and the whole staff is just wholesome Ava is amazing, love going there and i would definitely recommend, I have been going there for over 2 years now and i never looked back. Jana she was lovely and amazing, really liked chatting up with her

Just to clarify I did not receive any voicemails from skin solutions. Protecting people from doing no shows is one thing and having a potential long term client reschedule due to a family emergency is another. I also did speak to Eva over the phone saying I couldn’t make it due to a family emergency when I called the third time. Thank you.
