My mother and I had fantastic facials at the follicle. The space was peaceful, clean, and inviting. Our estheticians were incredibly knowledgeable and tailored the treatment to both of our skin’s needs. The products felt luxurious, and my skin was glowing afterward! From the soothing atmosphere to the expert care, everything was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat their skin and relax at the same time!

From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Raquel, who did my treatment today, was absolutely fantastic! She explained every step of the process, made me feel at ease, and was so lovely to chat with. She really took the time to understand my skin and has been incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the right products. My skin has never felt or looked better! I can’t thank Raquel enough for her care and expertise. Highly recommend!

I've been vising The Follicle since the 90's and I can't say enough about the quality of products, estheticians knowledge and how genuinely friendly everyone is. Extra credit for Kelly who was so fantastic. Lots of great advice and an excellent conversationalist. Who knew witch-hazel makes a great toner. :)

I wanted to give my thanks to Parvin and Lory for the wonderful service they have provided for my Wife Bea over the years, who require a special care. Lory is an absolute fantastic person who goes above and beyond all the time to make the best experience. Parvin has a heart from Gold and she made biggest effort to come look after Bea in her most difficult time when she needed a hair makeover. She has spend long hours to make her hair beautiful. This is an absolute statement of how a successful business can make a difference in someone’s life who needs it the most. Can’t find enough words and gratitude how much humanity and care has Lory and Parvin Beyond grateful to meet you both and definitely have our friendship for the rest of our lifes. I have been going to the Follicle for years with my mother. It's our special time together and we LOVE when we get to go to the Follicle. The team there is incredible and treat us with the utmost respect and care. It truly feels like such a lavish Occassion and the treatments are always executed with the highest quality service and products. Raquel is such an incredible aesthetician - most recently I had a OxyGeneo Facial and WOW. What an incredible result. I'm 40 and she made me look 30 again. Not even kidding. Raquel always goes above and beyond. So if you can - book with her!! But truly everyone on staff is an allstar! I couldn't reccomend this place higher.

I have been a client of Follicle for a very long time. Lori runs a very customer focused spa. I am always pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism. The staff is always very helpful and responds right away. It is my granddaughter’s favourite place for her pedicure, every time she comes here!
