The team there is incredible and treat us with the utmost respect and care. It truly feels like such a lavish Occassion and the treatments are always executed with the highest quality service and products. Raquel is such an incredible aesthetician - most recently I had a OxyGeneo Facial and WOW. What an incredible result. I'm 40 and she made me look 30 again. Not even kidding. Raquel always goes above and beyond. So if you can - book with her!! But truly everyone on staff is an allstar! I couldn't reccomend this place higher."

"Update: Still amazing as ever! Cannot recommend this clinic enough! Previously: Amazing, amazing place of healing -- with an equally professional staff. The owner is very lovely and hands-on. Reception is beyond friendly. (Followed my physiotherapist out here years ago and couldn't be happier!) Clean, modern, well-appointed facilities. They offer many other services besides physio too, such as therapeutic massage, osteopathy, and reflexology. Their online booking is SO convenient, and they've recently upgraded to a new system -- with improved functionality and features, such as paperless (email) receipts. Some parking across the front of the clinic -- more spaces available in the adjacent parking lot. Yoga classes frequently on offer. Annually award-winning clinic and practitioners!"

"My experience with this wellness center had been largely positive until a recent incident where I was charged for a missed appointment. My professional commitments occasionally demand my immediate attention, which on rare occasions can lead to unforeseen cancellations. While I value the services provided here, I find it disconcerting that a wellness establishment would rigidly adhere to a policy that penalizes unforeseen circumstances. Traditionally, in such instances, a rescheduling coupled with an additional gratuity for the inconvenience would suffice. Perhaps this perspective might be viewed as traditional or even outdated, but it's a gesture of goodwill (karma if you will) I believe in. While I respect the center's decision to uphold their policies, this particular stance detracts from the overall therapeutic experience. I genuinely hope others continue to have positive experiences here, but I find it difficult to reconcile with a policy that seems to prioritize minor monetary gains over understanding and flexibility. I have cancelled my upcoming appointments and don't believe I will be back."

"Had an unbelievable massage here, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. However when I went back to book a second massage I had to reschedule, I called several times left several voicemails and I got charged for missing my massage. I had to physically go in and speak to somebody about the issue however nothing was rectified and I was out X amount of money. Like I said amazing massage but won’t go back for the above reason, just a matter of principal."

"I went to see nurse Enuka for Botox injections in my forehead, frown lines, and masseters. She was so knowledgeable and gentle, I never have bruising after her injections, and she always gives a great consultation reviewing what we’ve previously done and talking me through if we should do the same thing or more units in certain areas like masseters. Club Monaco prices are also competitive compared to other places downtown and Enuka is the only person I go to now for Botox!"
