I've been going here periodically for a few years now. I've always had a great experience. I just go for the chair massages, but I know they offer the traditional lay down ones as well. I've had a different RMT each time and all have been amazing. Bonus! They just started offering direct billing.

I had a very upsetting experience at this location on April 13, 2025, with a massage therapist named Lilya Shayten. The session was deeply unprofessional — the therapist removed the sheet covering me without consent, made inappropriate comments about my appearance, and crossed multiple boundaries that left me feeling exposed and violated. I left feeling shaken and uncomfortable — both physically and emotionally. I’ve since filed a formal complaint with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and have contacted management, who offered a refund and acknowledged the seriousness of the situation. I don’t take leaving this kind of review lightly, but I feel it’s important to share what happened so others can make informed choices.

Excellent massage with an immediate time available. Lilya was really amazing. She gave a very detailed, acupressure massage with dynamic movement, even while on a massage chair. I was very impressed at her knowledge and combined skill. Will definitely book another, most likely a table massage next time. Also, Receipts are valid for insurance.

RMT here are great. Very busy constantly. There are a lot of people who mistaken Hailey as female but he is a male RMT and does a great job.

I did session on 27 December and told them to focus on legs But they insisted in doing the upper back and update the duration from 30 to 45 minutes. During the procedure the back got severe muscle pain and when we complained they told to go to the family doctor they can’t do anything. I feel like it is unsafe to go to them. If you are lucky enough you can get a good massage unharmed. Am posting the receipt here for proof

I had a massage on August 31st and left in tears and distress after being completely violated by the RMT treating me. He was using way too much pressure, I asked him to ease up multiple times, he didn’t. I finally had to ask him to end the massage early after I started crying because I was in dire pain. He tried to block me from leaving the room and wouldn’t give me space to get up. I was promised a call from the store owner and an apology, which never happened until I called THEM two days later. Do NOT go here, they will scam you and violate you.

If you are in need for some pain relief or just relaxation, this place is great. I've been visiting them for more than 10 years now and every time I receive great service and advice. Staff is professional and walk you through every step so it's not intimidating at all. My préférence is the full body massage on the table. They give you time to undress (based on your level of comfort) and relaxing music plays while you enjoy your massage. You are more than welcome to speak with your therapist as to what you need/want to focus on. Overall great experience every time.

I left with more pain than I came with. I asked the therapist to apply less pressure and I don’t think he understood I usually get my massage from Lilia who in my opinion is the best there is But unfortunately she only works Wednesdays and Sundays And never again will I experiment with another masseuse P.S The front just handed me the payment machine while they were on the phone not once acknowledging my existence. DISSAPOINTED! DO BETTER!
