Lovely place, my relaxation massage was wonderful. Room was cold so I asked Patty for a heating pad and she gave me an extra blanket which did the trick. Then I had a wonderful pedicure my toes look fantastic. I Highly recommend the spa

Have been a client for many years and today had an amazing experience. There was a mix up with our appointment time but the ladies at the front desk were awesome. They figured out how to fit my husband and I in and we were able to proceed with our appointment! Thank you ladies for a great experience!

Mistakenly showed up at the wrong spa! So happy I made the mistake…as I was trying to figure out what happened the 2 women at the counter were very rude. One said “we don’t book our appointments on line, you made that mistake”, the other said “we charge a deposit for services so there’s no way you have an appointment with us”. Thank goodness I didn’t book there and thrilled with my “booked” facial at the Spa on Wilson!

I have to say it was a wonderful experience for me and my husband. My husband used to afraid to go for massage since he’s very sensitive to pain, but he felt very relaxing this time. Both of our massage therapists were awesome, and the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. I will definitely go back to try their another service next time.

Great experience here yesterday, all staff was welcoming and professional. Very unique atmosphere with it being at a house/Manison. We had a couples massage and it was amazing! Will definitely be back.

I actually bought my wife a reg massage and mani, pedi for Christmas. After arriving she was told her apt was at 2 and she had a confirmed email saying 1 so she was stuck waiting a hr for her massage ... she then got her massage in a freezing room and the oil was freezing going on .... the massage was not good at all the whole experience I was hoping for her to have was ruined. Her cuticles on her feet had just as much nail polish as her nails did....then my wife asked about claiming her registered massage for her work benefits and they told her no because it was with a gift card... I said yes to the registered massage cause we planned to claim it.... I never called back to complain I just want others to know. I figured the spa of ancaster was going to be the best for her ....fail????

My husband and I were given a gift card for the couples retreat. It was a wonderful package. 2 hours of relaxation which included the sauna, body blow and massages. Highly recommend!

Had an hour massage and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had! I always get knots in my shoulders/back and it was the best combination of deep tissue to work out the knots, and enjoyable gentle massage to feel relaxed. I’ve never had a bad massage elsewhere, but I’ve never had one as good as the one I had today at the Ancaster spa! Totally coming back!
