Massage was mediocre, loud noises could be heard above and outside the room and had to get to the entrance via an icy driveway. Staff were unable to figure out how to bill my insurance directly and then they failed to send the correct invoice to me. Phone number doesn’t work, very unresponsive. Super disappointing .

Nicholas is really great. Beginning of every session he checks how I've been feeling and whether my focus areas are improving. Force applied during massage is just right and deep - neither light nor painful. I have seen progress working with him and look forward to more massage sessions with him.

Wow! I had an incredible experience with Shawna and I just had to leave a review. I am a former elite athlete and still train at a high level of fitness which means my body is always shielded with tense, sore and sometimes stressed out muscles. Shawna blew me away today. This is my second time seeing her, the first time was a hot stone massage (which was also incredible) but today was exactly what I’ve been looking for in a therapist for YEARS! It’s safe to say I’m now a loyal client. I’m not going anywhere. I found the one ????❤️❤️ Shawna mixed the perfect amount of pain with pleasure and I could feel the care in healing my muscles through her hands ???? She did not hold back on the parts that needed a lot of pressure and I appreciate that. 5/5 is not easy to achieve but Shawna sure gets a perfect score for her work.

Just completed a reiki massage with Shawna. I feel incredible. I’ve had a neck and back issue for years and after 2 sessions it feels like a new back. Haha I love how strong she is so the massage is definitely intense but so worth it. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Shawna. God bless u ????

I really enjoyed my experience at the Urban Healing Studio. I had my massage appointment with Kim who really knows what she's doing, applies good pressure and makes you feel comfortable. She has a lot of experience in her field and it shows. The studio is a very calm and peaceful environment. The studio is easy to find, parking is available nearby and they are so flexible with appointments (I booked mine 1 day in advance). I will definitely be back!

I have been to see Dara twice in the last few weeks. She is a lovely, caring lady. She really cares about the health issues I am currently experiencing. She has given me advise and referrals to other professionals that could help me. As for the two massages I have received, they have been excellent.I have gone to many massage therapists over the years, and Dara is very highly skilled in her craft. I am so glad I found this studio., and an extra bonus, it is 3 doors away from my home. Please give them a try, I don't think you will be disappointed. The booking online feature is so easy too.

Just had my first massage with Nicholas and he did absolutely amazing! I explained to him where I was having pain and why and he focused on all those points. I’ve been to other Massage Therapists in the past and I have to say this was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Nicholas really went above and beyond compared to other Massage Therapists I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be returning!
