She checks in often during the procedure and always ensures that her customers are doing well. The procedures themselves always make me feel more confident with my skin and the results have me visiting again and again. I have been going to Ida since she opened her spa. I always go to her for my facials. She always takes her time and explains everything she is doing and how I can improve my skincare. She is just wonderful at her job and very professional. I would totally recommend her for any facials.

Ida is extremely professional in both massage therapy, skin analysis and facials, also offering professional advice on home and routine care which are critically essential for better quality of skin. I couldn't find any better ones so far, highly recommend and thanks so much for being so courteous and professional. The place is clean, spacious and comfort. I couldn't spot anything negative from my past two experiences there. Must try.

I've gone to see Ida for many years. Her professionalism and passion is unbelievable. She takes time with all her clients and will never upsell you in products or services. My skin always feel super soft after her facials. For facials, Ida always uses the best products for your skin and adjusts to weather and your needs. It's never one product or service fits all. If you get massages with her or her staff, they adjust the massages according to your needs and pains. It's a love hate relationship with it comes to massages. Ida always says "no pain no gain", they will hurt but my neck and back always feel great after. This location is clean, welcoming and relaxing. Lots of parking underground and on street.
