I just visited this spa, and it was amazing! The place is super clean and has such a fresh, new feel to it. They have different rooms with unique vibes, which I loved. My favorite was the nature room—it’s decorated with bamboo and leaves, making it feel like you’re right in a peaceful forest. They really thought through every little detail. I went for the $60 head massage, and honestly, that’s such a great deal for how luxurious everything felt. They took such good care of me, even bringing out a heating pad to help me relax. The massage included a full scalp treatment with shampooing and even drying my hair afterward, which was such a nice touch. I also got a face mask during the massage, which made the experience even better. All in all, this place went above and beyond. It was one of the best spa experiences I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for something relaxing and high-quality without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with Curly hair. My hair is quite curly so I called ahead to clarify if they just dried the hair afterwards and was told it was a blowout. As you can see that's not what happened. My hair felt quite dry and brittle after the treatment. Face and neck massages were good though, very relaxing. The staff were friendly and facilities were clean.

I absolutely love this spa! From the moment you walk in, Jenny's warm and welcoming presence makes you feel right at home, and her staff are just as wonderful. If you're looking for the ultimate relaxation experience, this is the place to be. I had the Deluxe Head Spa Treatment, and it was truly incredible! The experience included a deeply soothing arm, upper body, and hand massage, a refreshing mini facial, and an in-depth, rejuvenating hair wash. To top it all off, they blow-dry your hair beautifully and serve you a lovely tea at the end which was delicious! I’ve been since and even brought my friends with me because this spa is just that amazing. I highly recommend this luxurious, calming retreat to everyone, and I’ll definitely be making it a regular part of my self-care routine!

We had a wonderful time & had a very relaxing experience. We had the Diamond Head Spa treatment & it was fabulous. The wonderful ladies were warm, welcoming & made the experience great. My friend & I melted into the chair from being so pampered. The ambiance, smell of products & comfort was all perfect. Will definitely plan this treatment again in the future. The spa is beautiful & a lot of attention to detail to make your time there wonderful. Thank you

My wife and I spent an afternoon at Vivian Spa in Burling getting a Couple's Hydra Facial, Head Spa and Foot Massage and it was the most relaxing experience either of us have ever had! Jenny and the team were incredible, we felt comfortable, relaxed and so cared for! Would highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a nice reset and amazing spa experience! We will be back!

Vivian spa was very welcoming upon arrival. Spa was very clean. Products used smelled beautiful.Loved the kind staff. Excellent work done to my family and I. We felt amazing when we left. Definitely going back very soon.

Just had my first experience at Vivian spa today. Everything was amazing! Head massage was lovely, facial was everything I was hoping for! The space is so beautiful and relaxing & The ladies working today were so lovely, thanks for making my first experience a great one. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Jenny for my lashes for a couple of years now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She always does an amazing job, leaving my lashes looking flawless. What I love most is the peaceful and relaxing environment she creates. Jenny is so warm and professional, and she always makes sure I’m comfortable.
