"I went in for a 30 minute foot massage and pedicure. Upon arriving the merchant told me it would be an additional $10 because they only do shellac. I thought that was weird but went ahead with it as I assumed it was their normal business practice. I sat down and the nail tech started my pedicure. She said my pedicure didn’t include a “cut” so she could file down for me complementary. I told her, I’ve never heard of a pedicure not including a cut but okay… again, I didn’t want to argue and assumed it was their normal business practice. She did the shellac pedicure and afterwards I noted to her that there was a lot of polish on my skin and it was very blotchy, especially on the big toes you could notice how uneven the paint job was. The nail tech said it was the best she could do and it was because of the colour I picked. I didn’t understand what she was saying because I always get the same nail colour and that’s never happened before. And she told me to wash my feet when I got home and the nail polish on the skin would come off itself. I was so confused but again, let this slide. Than she started the foot massage. It was suppose to be 30 minutes. I set a timer on my phone because at this point I didn’t trust the nail tech. She finished the foot massage after 11 minutes. When I told her she wasn’t even half way through she said, “my hands are tired”. I’m so disappointed by this nail salon. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. My nails look unprofessionally done and I didn’t get even get a full 30 minute foot massage, not even close. At the end the nail tech asked me for a tip. I could not believe it the entitlement on such a bad nail job… like isn’t this what she does for a living? Why did she treat me so poorly?"

"I've been going to this location for years. The front desk staff and the RMTs are all very friendly and very professional. I have sunlife insurance and they submit for me every time without issues. My insurance policy covers me each time. I'm not sure what another person was talking about when they said this location cannot bill to sunlife insurance because yes they can and this location obviously does not commit fraud. What a lie that person told. Its sounds like the issue is with their policy and nothing to do with massage addict. I highly recommend massage addict Kitchener!"
