"Zen atmosphere. Professional staff. Margaret is personal and has great skills in performing facial and massage. They won't try to 'push' products or package in your face, which is what I like about the place. Owner of the place should consider having more flexible package, and update your website to provide info on your services and large variety of machines!"

"I've been going to In Beauty prior to meeting Yvonne for 2 months and I was not too impressed with the ladies doing my facial. I was about to cancel my package and I was recommended to give Yvonne a try for my facials. She has been my stylist for almost a year now. She does my hair, nails, eyelash extensions, and facials. She's wonderful and very knowledgeable. She cleans the equipment and all tools before and after use in front of you. She explains what products she will be using and for how long. I wouldn't go here unless it was from her. I trust her mainly because she knows what she's doing and educates me."

"Had a hydrafacial and pedicure and I was so relaxed and pampered! Yvonne was amazing! She explained everything she did step by step. I went to spas before where the aesthetician just walks out and leaves me there for so long not telling me if she will be back or not. Not the case with Yvonne! She explained all the products she used and even asked if I have any allergies. She even came to check on me while my mud mask was drying. Incredible service and quality products. "My friend and I purchased a Groupon for a massage, microdermabrasion facial and hydro therapy.. I was impressed with how much I got for the price, so I decided to give it a try. Luckily I had Yvonne as my esthetician. From the very start she was pleasant, and friendly, she gave me a tour of the spa and then explained all of my services to me. She was very informative and calming and walked me through the process of each service and what to expect. (For example when she would leave the room, she gave me a time frame of when she would return, she came to check on me several times, she told me when putting product over my eyes or mouth and made sure I was not claustrophobic..) This put me at ease and made my visit a very nice and relaxing one.. My friend came with me and had a very different experience than I did.. she had a different person (not sure her name as she didn't even introduce herself) do her services who didn't explain anything to her, she put the face mask on her and left without even telling her how long she should expect to be laying there.. she unfortunately had a terrible experience and when she asked during the massage for her lady to apply a bit more pressure, the lady dug her elbows into her back (seemingly spitefully..) I would recommend this spa but I would highly recommend you book with Yvonne for all of your services, she is wonderful!"
