"Been coming to this spa for a couple of years now and it is always so relaxing. I most recently had a facial with Sandra and I can honestly say that it was the best facial I have ever had!!! She listened to my skin concerns, catered the facial accordingly and explained all the products she would be using during the facial in detail. The facial itself was so relaxing and luxurious; I basically didn't want it to end hehe. Thank you for such an amazing experience and it certainly won't be my last! 100% recommend!! :)"

"I would not even give it a one star. The therapist was extremely tired and did not complete her 90 mins massage. First i got booked in for a 90 min massage with a tired therapist then the lady at the counter does not even communicate to me during payment that my brother had already paid the bill with the tip! lastly she charged me again and when i informed her of the service she offered me 25 dollars off! seriously for a 90 min massage that was not even completed in 90 mins! Horrible service will never ever go there again and will not recommend this to anyone. If you are not satisfied they will not do anything, no acknowledgment plus they might even over charge you! disgusted by the service! Also the bottom is a lie by the therapist i had asked her for strong massage! please do not call your customers a liar. I had heard you over the phone very calmly and you agreed that she was tired. I hope you do not do this with another client and take full payment for a 90 min when shes not completed the full time."
